The easiest moving process I have ever had in London. Rikki was very knowledgeable when showing the flats, incredibly patient with the referencing process and always responsive and positive to work with. Zainab moved the contracting process along super quickly and made everything so easy. In addition to how nice the flats are, the Get Living team are a huge asset to the East Village.

My car was recently stolen together with my car park fob and parking permit. Abdul has been kind enough to arrange for a permit and for a fob replacement. Abdul has shown a significant amount of empathy, kindness and has been extremely efficient and helpful throughout the process. A great example of going above and beyond. Awful communication from lettings agency

I would rather pay less for basic accommodation than live here again. Whilst I haven't had any issues with the flat itself the response rate of the management company is appalling. We have rang up, been into the office, and left maintenance requests on the portal and have been straight up ignored. This has caused unforeseen costs and stress with zero compensation from Get Living. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

We lived in the East village for about a year in insignia point. The apartment was very well maintained and spacious for a 2 bedroom. The furniture was nice too. The East village is a lovely area with parks everywhere and the convenience of the mall. Claire was very informative and efficient in setting up our lease and during our stay Dominic was very helpful in getting our queries every now and then answered quickly

Francesco Vertaglio and Daiva Simanauskaite supported our tenancy renewal agreement at Victory Plaza in East Village: Daiva contacted us three months in advance to initiate the renewal and Francesco supported the required documentation to successfully renew our contract. I cannot fault their diligent efforts to support us in the process, and thus would like to give a positive review based on their communication and leadership skills. There was a period of misunderstanding involving Daiva Simanauskaite, Dave Osborne, and Chantal Etheve, where it was not clearly communicated what GetLiving’s minimum lease terms were prior to signing the first tenancy agreement. The desired tenancy length was 12-months split into two separate tenancy agreements. Having communicated this to Dave and Chantal, we were prompted to sign an initial agreement for 8-months (with an advanced payment plan), followed by a renewal after the tenancy expires to satisfy our desired length of stay. Upon getting into contact with Daiva to renew the second agreement, we were told that it was not possible to satisfy a 12-month term by renewing for a final 4-months. Keeping in mind that an 8+4 tenancy agreement was communicated to Dave during the initial viewing of the flat, we were denied to renew for this length. Instead, we had to sign a new agreement for 6-month - extending our stay by an unintentional extra two months. This does not apply for those paying monthly instalments, rather those who have special circumstances and are required to pay in advance. A final note on client-relations; besides Kate Easterling, neither Daiva nor Francesco remembered that we used to be clients with them three years ago despite having had various conversations with them during that time. Kate invited us in to the GetLiving hub for a lengthy chat having remembered us as previous Victory Plaza residents three years prior. On this occasion, I like to leave a positive review to Kate given her strong client-centric mindset and attention to detail. At the end of the day this is a business, and we are paying for a service in order to have a positive experience as tenants - GetLiving should do better to ensure prior clients are remembered and gladly welcomed back.

It was quite a rush move in for me, but the leasing team specifically Claire Oki has made everything so smooth and has been very helpful, considerate and patient during the whole process. She is very detailed oriented when it came to answer the questions/issues I had. She even followed up with me after I move in to see how I am doing. There are some quite issues at the flat, yet her followup has made me feel much better. The Get Living does care. Nicola has also made sure I can move in to the property as soon as I can, which make my move-in process due to my schedule at ease. Not to mention, the team include Sam and one another person I cannot recall his name from Customer Service hub (front desk), has gone extra miles to help me move-in despite my request is a bit of an odd, and it's not their duty. They have gone two extra miles, not just an extra mile, to help me plus answering the concerns I have. Now East Village feels more like home with them around. And can you believe, I have lived with no internet access until Kaitlin comes to the picture. I tried to call the internet company to fix it but due to my schedule I could not get it fixed, and Kaitlin has just saved the day. She has gone further extra miles to fix the internet for me despite it's not her field. Can you believe? Glad I choose to live here under Get Living management.
