Claire Oki has been amazing from start to finish. She was super helpful in my search for the next apartment and was very patient with me over the various viewings! And when we got to referencing stage she was very crucial throughout this process and really helped to get things moving quickly. Zainab was methodical and helpful throughout the contract execution stage. A couple of questions had to be asked more than once or followed up a few times with the relationship team regarding moving in arrangements but overall a great service. Hopefully this level of service will continue when I move in!

Getliving don’t welcome prospective residents. Called from 9:30 for 50 minutes no one picks up the phone for their new resident lines, tried other lines still no one answered. Also you messed up with my viewing. I booked viewing on last Friday for Monday (today) and colleague said that would send confirmation to my email. NEVER RECEIVED CONFIRMATION. Am on my way to the viewing and call to double check if the viewing was made. UNSURPRISINGLY YOU DIDNT MADE SUCH APPOINTMENT! very surprised with the low standard service provided by this company, can’t imagine this is what you did for prospective new tenants. Abdul has shown a significant amount of empathy, kindness and has been extremely efficient and helpful throughout the process. A great example of going above and beyond. We're a couple in the process of moving to UK from overseas and are about to rent our first-ever apartment in London. We were looking for a pet-friendly apartment as we're moving with 2 cats. After reviewing many listings online, we couldn't find a suitable option, until one day we stumbled upon a post mentioning East Village by GetLiving. It was love at first sight! And it's pet-friendly! After we sent a request for info, we were contacted by Claire Oki. We accidentally broke our oven door and were waiting for its repair. Ryan kindly came to help us with his warm, polite and reliable attitude. Not only that he arranged and fixed everything in about 10mins in total. Get Living makes really convenient living in East Village especially when it comes to home repairs and maintenance. Our washing machine and dishwasher needed to be fixed recently and it disrupted our routine for doing hose chores. But GetLiving sent maintenance on the day we requested it. Ryan did the maintenance work and fixing and he’s done a stellar job and really polite and nice person. It’s been 3 days since he did the fix and the appliances works perfectly! Ryan was also proactive to change the batteries of our door lock even if we didn’t request since he saw in their system that it’s time to change. We could’ve been locked out if it wasn’t for him!

My husband and I have a few friends that live in the East Village area, and they recommended Get Living to us when we started looking for our first apartment in London. Get Living did not disappoint! To begin, Maria Botella showed us some great living spaces and was really knowledgeable about the East Village area and about the perks of each building she showed us. Maria took the time to really understand what we were looking for, so as a result, we were able to choose the apartment that was right for us after just 3 showings. Continuing our great experience, Maria handed us off to Chantal Snoad who was there for us through the whole application process. Chantal's communication was quick and comprehensive as well as consistent; we knew what was happening at every stage of the process. I am new to the UK and had never rented here before, so I appreciated having someone like Chantal guide us through the application process; she made it a great, stress-free experience right up to the moment they hand us the keys. Just wanted to share our experience of living in the area. We had a wonderful 3 year stay in one of the GetLiving buildings - Laurel Point. It was a 2 bedroom fully furnished apartment. The furnishings were exceptional, everything was from BoConcept which is a high end furniture shop. I would say it was an Energy efficient building as our energy bills were at a reasonable amount even after prices increased. The area itself is very convenient to live in. There is a huge shopping mall just "outside your doors", very good commute to all possible locations. For families it is very child friendly area, there are numerous playgrounds around. Special thanks to the management team! They were very responsive to every our need and did their best to make our stay most comfortable. A very good booking experience I am an international student from China and this is my first time to rent a home in the UK. I initially chose getliving because I thought that branded flats would be less risky and better equipped than student flats, which they are. However, the process is a bit more complicated than in student flats. Luckily one of their team members, Claire Oki, helped me a lot. During the booking process, Claire was very prompt in answering my questions, keeping an eye on available rooms and giving me advice. The whole process of moving into my new home was very smooth. I was helped by Rose one of the Leasing managers from Get Living. She was helped us with every small questions we had and arranged viewings at such notice as well. Currently it’s been 3 weeks into my new home. The area here is super nice. Lots of apartments where families and workings professionals stay. The area is quite safe as well where no one can access the buildings unless they have a key.
