Since we’ve been living here the GetLiving staff have always been very accommodating and helpful with our needs. A special mention to Dominic Dennis who assisted us with resolving an on going issue for months, he managed to fix this within two weeks! Extremely happy with his help, communication and just being very caring and considerate in this matter. Another great thing about living in East Village is the safety and security. I have to thank Vadym and the others working at the front of Insignia Point who always speaks to us, are very friendly, helpful and always looking out for everyone. A big thank you to Tibor from the maintenance team who helped us with our baby’s cot. His dedication, professionalism and skills left us highly impressed and extremely happy!

Just moved in to the Laurel Point apartment building and I must say the process has been great from start to finish - from initial inspection through to settling in. I have to especially praise the people who made this process so easy - - The thoughtful and genuine approach by Davide to show us around the apartments, consider the options and think on the fly as to alternatives to the apartments we were scheduled to see on the day. Really appreciate how you kept in touch with me over the course of the whole process - Special thank you to Zainab as well who managed to sort out the contracts and get everything done in time for the move-in. Looking forward to staying here a while :)

Ultra responsive. Ultra personalised. Not words usually associated with the maintenance arm of a large landlord. But our experience with Scott Holder and the his team at Get Living has been exceptional. Our renewal redecoration was carried out promptly and with professionalism. The team worked around our availability, worked cleanly and carried out the works to the highest of standards (thank you Gabriel and Nicolae). The project, which was reasonably complex, was immaculately orchestrated by Scott. His high communication style, infinity of patience with our numerous emails, willingness to go the extra mile where possible and his attitude of service was remarkable. We are absolutely delighted with the redecoration and are looking forward to many more years of family life in the East Village.

Recent review: I have been living with get living for almost a year & love it. Maintenance is really fast too & efficient to accommodate your timings! I recently had my washing machine fixed by ryan & its been smooth sailing! Super quick & the problem explained to me as well :) Claire was really helpful and prompt in helping me find a place! Moving into a two-bed with my girlfriend in east village via GetLiving has been a really smooth process. The agent we met for viewings (Claire Oki) was responsive and incredibly helpful in finding us something perfectly suited to us! Reserving the property and completing referencing was very easy and quickly done. Highly recommend! We then worked with Zareena Aziz in the move in team and again had a great experience. All documents were signed and rents paid easily. All questions answered and any requests we had were happily accommodated. Overall a very lovely experience compared with renting elsewhere in London! 10/10!

Updated review: After staying for almost a year in a Get Living flat we decided we wanted to move to a bigger one. Claire was very helpful throughout the process of finding what we were looking for. Chantal managed our contracting process and it all run smoothly. We had a couple of hiccups when moving in but the maintenance team was super quick to book in the relevant people to fix the issues! Every interaction we’ve had with Get Living has been stellar! Old review: Very easy and friendly process to rent our new flat, especially during the Covid crisis. Edited on 8th June to share my latest feedback: I moved within East Village to a different flat this week, and I was fortunate to deal with Rikki and Chantal, who made my move easy, they were very helpful and efficient. I had a pleasant experience once again, a big thank you! I have been living in East Village for 10 months, now and it's a great place. I have all what I need right at my doorstop, and whenever I contact getliving for any issues, they are responsive and helpful. ---------------- I moved to a getliving flat a few days ago. The rental process with Claire and Zainab was quick and smooth, and it was 100% done online. A hiccup that happened during moving was quickly addressed and worked on. Those 5 stars are not only for the excellent location and vibe of getliving flats, but mainly for how quickly they reacted to a dissatisfied customer, Claire was able to find a workaround fast. Big thanks to Davide Tomas, who made life much easier, and went out of his way to facilitate things and help out, a lot. Excellent and impressive attitude and customer service, thank you!

The staff at Get Living have gone above and beyond since the very beginning. Special thanks to Claire, who took us to view four diverse properties which all suited our wants/needs, and who had the answers to every question we had. Thank you also to Zareena, who handled all the paperwork and was so helpful and always quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The moving process was seamless beginning to end, and we are very happy with our new flat. We've also been very impressed with the maintenance team. Upon moving in there was one minor issue, which we raised to them. They responded within hours (on a Sunday) and quickly arranged an appointment to resolve the issue. Already this is a much-appreciated change from previous experiences with letting agencies and landlords.

We've been renting an apartment with Get Living for the past 3 years and have been absolutely loving it. We've had some really painful experience with London landlords and agencies previously, but there's never been any issues with Get Living. The apartment was super clean and freshly painted when we moved in. Any issues are sorted out very quickly by the maintenance team. Everyone is always super nice and helpful. We are now moving into a different building with Get Living and thanks to Shafiq and Maria the process has been really smooth. Thank you so much!

Oriane and Danielle’s customer service was above and beyond. While taken my meter reading they’ve identified a possible water leak in one of my bathrooms and advised me to report it. Last week, the leak has been fixed and I am on the process of claiming a leak allowance from Thames water.
