Hi Scott. It sounds like you've had some bad experiences in your time with us, for which we are deeply sorry. Great customer service is something is something we try really hard to put at the heart of everything we do but it sounds like we fell down on this occasion. We would love the opportunity to get detailed feedback from you on the areas that we went wrong so we can make sure it doesn't happen again. Hi SuperTFW. This doesn't sound good at all - could we ask you to complete our complaints form detailing where we've gone wrong and how we can improve? While mistakes do happen, it sounds like you've not received the level of service that we strive for. www.getlivinglondon.com/feedback-complaints Many thanks Get Living London
