Nicola Wallace was extremely helpful throughout my tenancy transfer process. She knows everything about the process in detail and supported me and the new tenant by answering all of our questions and providing updates on each step. On top of it, she is super polite as well. I am really glad that Nicola was my relationship manager as it made my transition very smooth and because of this, I'm now looking to stay with GLL in east village again.

We just joined the GetLiving family. All of the staff was extremely kind and helpful in getting us settled in. A special thanks to Zainab Fayad and Dave Osborne who on-boarded us and patiently helped us with our queries and needs. Possibly the simplest move we ever had. The whole area is lovely, so close the Olympic Park and the Westfield Shopping Centre, full of small independent shops and bar. It is the dream location, and what a view...

We had a plumber called Tony come to fix our boiler first thing after reporting the issue. He was very quick and even offered to add something on to our bathroom tap to improve the water flow, which we hadn’t even mentioned. Great service.

We have recently moved to East Village and are really enjoying our life here: lively vibes, artisan shops and cafes nearby, comfortable commute and modern flat. It feels like everything is taken care of by professional maintenance staff. My stay at East Village was the worst experience of my life. They do not care one bit about their residents. If there's an issue with the apartment it takes at least a couple of days for someone to attend. They keep raising the rent prices 2-3 times a year. Steer clear of that company

Just moved out of Get Living after living here for a three very happy years. I loved living here- the staff have always been so friendly and helpful and in particular Annemarie and Davide who both work at reception. They have repeatedly gone out of their way to address any problems I may have had and have done so with genuine warmth and professionalism. They are often the first people you encounter in the office of Get Living and you couldn’t ask for nicer people. Highly recommend!

Amazing service by Rikki! He helped us find a wonderful apartment and guided us with getting references, credit checks, etc. (a longer process for us as we just moved from abroad). He went above and beyond, replying to messages out of office hours and even helping us with questions after we moved in. Zareena was also great at making sure contracts and utilities were in place before we moved in! All in all, the whole process only took a week. We had a very positive experience with Get Living. We had tight timeline to move out of our flat and Billy and Zainab made it very easy. They were both very helpful and responsive. The flat exceed our expectations as we had only viewed it virtually due to lockdown restrictions. We have been in the new flat for just under a week and so far have had no problems. Looking for the right apartment can be stressful, but thanks to the Get Living team the process was seamless. Their homes are very modern and classy. Zainab Fayad from the Customer Service Hub was extremely supportive, responsive and efficient during my tenacy agreement process. Although, I wasn't able to give her enough time, she went above and beyond to make sure the process goes smoothly and I would be able to move in on the date I had planned. When I had to unexpectedly transfer my tenacy at a short notice, Zainab yet again went the extra mile to make sure I could handover my contract to the new tenant without any complications. Overall, it was a great experience living in East Village and everyone, right from the welcome office team, finance team and customer service team to the security and cleaning staff were all very kind and helpful.

I'm so lucky to come across Claire Oki, who helped me to find an amazing apartment at East Village. When I first ran into get living office without even an appointment. Claire was so nice and helpful to show me around the Village and find an empty property in a very short notice to show me the room. She helped me all the way through booking, setting up, solve furniture issues, contract until I moved in. I can't appreciate more. It has been such an amazing experience with Claire's help to find East Village to live in London.

I had an excellent time living in Hightail Point. They are very professional and prompt when it comes to their services. The team at east village was also very understanding of my problems. The people at the concierge, the security and the customer support team, especially Rumone, who helped me sort out my issues are all really nice and professional. I love how spacious the houses are and the skybridge is an excellent space where you can spend time working or just hanging out. The only drawback would be poor services in the common areas. The screening room wasn't working for a really long time despite repeated complaints from the tenants so that was a little difficult. The coffee machines are also mostly empty or broken at the sky bridge.
