Lived in Insignia Point for 6 months. Loved the flat and convenience of the location. Everything worked perfectly in the flat, which was maintained to a high standard. I raised minor maintenance requests and they were taken care of quickly. Special mention - Dominic Dennis of Hub team was always prompt with queries and resolution, and Abdul in the onsite office helped us kindly.

Awful awful awful awful. Incredibly unprofessional and scammers! They have failed my friend for no reason and refused to refund her holding deposit. She’s now pregnant and homeless and there has been no attempt to make it right. They’ve gone completely against everything they claim to stand for and essentially scammed her. Their lack of support and integrity is shocking. I wouldn’t recommend them and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

When I moved in 4 years ago, the management was pretty bad. But they have listened to the resident's feedback and have improved by leaps and bounds! Now the customer service is quick to respond, reliable and very courteous. I've managed to get issues fixed in my house at a moment's notice with a support team that is really brilliant. So I'm changing my rating from One star to five. This is honestly one of the best places I have lived in London and I have no intentions of moving out any time soon.

I have just moved into my new apartment in the East Village and it was by far the easiest and most hassle free move I’ve ever done. From viewing the place only a week ago, I am fully moved in and settled and so happy to have this as my new home. It couldn’t have been made more efficient and easy without the help of two amazing employees of Get Living, and they were Rikki and Zainab. Both provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure our move was as smooth as possible. It would be worth also mentioning that we had a very short time frame to move in by, and although it usually takes a week or so for checks to be competed, Rikki and Zainab did everything to ensure we could move in by the date we needed too. Massive shout out to these two, and Get Living for the incredible service provided.

I lived in East Village for 8 months. I can say easily that after 6 years in London having to deal with agents and landlords, Get Living was the best agent I had so far. They are very professional and fast to help you with any issue. They organise also events which is quite good to have that sense of community, something hard to find when you live in a flat in London. I really enjoyed my time here and I definitely recommend it if you want to leave in east London.

The company has outstanding managers among Rikki from leasing team, Francesco from legal team and Kaitlin from the RM team. Also the maintenance team are always quick to react to any request. However, I get a feeling that the apartment refurbishment was rushed, as I had to call the maintenance team to fix small issues 3 times within a month. Other than that, a pleasant place to stay.

My husband and I have just moved out of Laurel Point after living here for over 2 years. It’s been hands down the best place we’ve lived in whilst in London! The area has everything you need, the flat is modern and the service from Get Living is great. They took care of everything from replacing a lightbulb, fixing a heater valve, etc. Can only recommend! :)
