GoogleSoon it will be almost 1 year since we have been living in Brighton Marina, in a wonderful apartment arranged for us by Leaders. It is a pleasure dealing with the company as they are always fast to reply, helpful and efficient. Special thank you goes to our property manager, Adam Mcilwaine, who is always prompt and caring when it comes to resolving issues with whatever small mess occasionally happens. GoogleI recently purchased 2 new properties at Brighton Marina via the Leaders Brighton Marina Sales Team, as Buy-to-Let; and subsequently the Lettings Team at the same office immediately found high quality renters for each apartment at agree-able terms who were pre-qualified within a matter of days. I opted for the Full Service lettings package because I wanted everything handled on my behalf. Both the Sales and the Lettings teams have demonstrated 5 Star professional and personal handling, and I could not recommend them more. Further, I highly recommend Jon and his Brighton Marina Property Management Development team, who can be engaged/retained to take care of everything, in the most timely and professional fashion, to do with anything that would otherwise be the owner's/landlord's responsibility; plus conducting periodic inspection visits on rental properties. Which can save owners a huge amount of time in both routine and priority compliance areas (which owners/landlords are often not qualified to handle in appropriate fashion) especially when they are away or not sure what to do. Thereby assuring 24/7 peace of mind.
