GoogleWe have used Brighton Marina Leaders to manage our property for several years and they have gone above and beyond to find me new tenants in a timely way each time the apartment has been available. Special mentions to Georj, Spencer and Demetrius. who not only managed to get me an increase in rent but found new tenants to move in with only a three day vacant period!!! They kept me informed of the progress through the remarketing of the property up until the tenants moved in ... I would highly recommend the team at Leaders Brighton Marina... GoogleIve recently made the decision to move again and have had to interact with A LOT of estate agents. I knew it would be tricky during the pandemic but I have been so appalled by how some companies have used this as an excuse for terrible customer service. (Not turning up for viewings, not returning calls/emails etc) so I can only express gratitude to this company. The team are so friendly and professional every step of the way. They communicate and have kept me updated. The social distancing and hygiene levels whilst showing the property were careful and considered. I had to ring up and congratulate the manager for having such and outstanding team. Honestly, I’m so impressed.
