GoogleLeaders in Brighton (Hove) charged me cleaning fees after I used their professional cleaning service. I've had good experiences with letting agents in the past but Leaders are the worst.

GoogleI used to work in property agency but this time I went to leaders Brighton marina Branch as a customer,Manager in this branch it so rude i was serious to buy 2 bedroom flat but this guy cancelled my viewing appointment and with his behaviour I decided to deal same flat from different agency, sorry for big company to have such idiot like this guy and how affect badly to their business.

Unfortunately we decided that we are going to rent else where due to location reasons, however the staff in the office are so welcoming and I would highly recommend.
