After 6 months with an alternative agent we switched to Cubitt & West in Waterlooville. Our initial meeting with Maddison was friendly yet professional and very informative. Nicola dealt with viewings and within a few weeks we had an offer which we accepted. Since then I have dealt with Julie (liaising with the buyer) and have been kept totally in the loop and felt very supported. we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

Thank You Julie Bramble, We finally!!

We agreed to purchase our new venture through Cubbitt and west, North end branch. Staff have been amazing, starting off with Michael Sinnott, he was brilliant from first call to agreeing a price. Then we got introduced to this wonder lady call Julie Bramble, senior sales Progressor. She is one amazing person to begin with. Our sales got delayed due to requiring lease extension done. However that didn’t put us off from buying, Julie always made sure we were updated in every steps and always reassured that sales would go through. She has been absolutely brilliant from day one. There was multiple times when Solicitors from both side didn’t communicate adequately and things got delayed but Julie made sure those issues were resolved. We just can’t thank her enough. Overall Its been a great experience, I highly recommend Cubbit and west Portsmouth if you are buying or selling. They have some brilliant people like Julie Bramble to make sure your sales progress to completion without hassle. 10/10

This Review is for Leanne Fuller OGrady & her team at the Southwater Branch. I sadly had the responsibility of having to sell my fathers Park Home in Southwater for very sad & personal reasons. As I don’t live in England, I had to firstly strike up a good working relationship based upon trust, professionalism & understanding.I met with three different local agents to try to determine who could provide us with the best & most efficient service & Leanne was definitely the right choice without any hesitation. Selling or buying a property is a very personal experience for many reasons, our sale was particularly sad for us as a family but from day 1 I felt that we were absolutely in the right hands, Leanne was definitely the girl for us and if anyone could make our sale as stress free and speedy as possible it was her.Well Leanne you did us proud, I fully appreciate all of the remote contact with you always & Louise & Julie sometimes while dealing with telephone queries & minimal paperwork but I could not have wished for more professional support & care along the way. The sale of my property has been a true…

The sale of my property has been a true up hill journey. Cubitt&West first had the property on their books back in 2019. they all worked very hard to get a sale, but due to a ground rent clause, potential buyers could not get a mortgage. I then purchased at quite an expense, a lease extension, so mortgage companies would now at least offer mortgages. Again I put the property with Cubitt &West Caterham where Lucy Prior and her team started marketing the apartment, this was in mid 2023 with the gov and banks making the property market very difficult.But Lucy persevered and managed to get a good few viewing. lucky for me one of those viewing became a buyer, and Lucy took it to completion. Thanks Lucy.Lucy has all the way through the process, that has not been an easy one, kept me informed. Has been totally honest and always on the end of a phone if I had questions.I can only with the highest regard recommend Lucy Prior and her team in Cubitt & West Caterham. It’s not easy buying a house alone but Chris explained what was happening every step of the way & regularly emailed or called with updates. He allowed me to view the house as many times as was necessary, ensuring that the vendors were comfortable with this. As Exchange & then Completion grew nearer it was very reassuring to be able to call & check in on progress. If Chris was out on a viewing Gareth & Dave, the Manager, were equally helpful. When I collected the keys on Completion I was presented with a lovely box of new home goodies. A great team. Thank you Chris

Even though I had already moved out of my property, into a different county, C&W in Reigate were really helpful, positive and accommodating. Katarina in particular was a real star, in my opinion going above and beyond to make the best of my property and make the sale as easy and quick as possible. I had been tempted to go with a local estate agent, but C&W obviously have a broader client base and the Reigate branch is well established and had equal local knowledge and contacts. The team at Patcham have been amazing, I couldn’t have wished for a better team to help with the whole process of moving. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a personal, professional and dedicated service. Eloise the manager is really experienced, and great at explaining the finer details of what’s going on in the market, and how to market your house. Alice and Zak were always there to help and give advice, and they worked so hard, as did the rest of the team, Barbara, Margaret and Andrea. Alice kindly spent time with me helping with the online conveyancing process and masses of paperwork, which was new to me, and this helped reduce the stress of it all a lot. It’s been quite a tough year to sell generally, and they kept a positive and encouraging attitude throughout. Actually, they all really deserve a medal!
