If I could recommend anyone as the best professional, extremely polite, and truly wonderful estate agents, it would be Vicky and Sophie from Your Move Estate Agents in Whitton. I rented a flat in the beautiful Whitton area for more than nine years, and they took exceptional care of us throughout. Whether it was contract renewals, maintenance, or any other issue, everything was handled promptly, often on the very same day.

Although my YourMove branch staff were very efficient and approachable during the lettings process, my experience of the Full Management service has been abysmal. I would advise extreme caution when considering using their service.

Really disappointing landlord service from Brighton branch. They never respond to queries even if you chase them. It’s like they just can’t be bothered. Avoid.

Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫
