You’ll Move With Your Move

We had a lucky time of things with our house getting sold fairly fast considering the market was flat. Gravesend Your Move has an ecliptic team of sales reps, all with their own unique techniques at getting you sold and moved. The branch manager is approachable and quick to respond and we found he worked out of hours to solve some minor issues we had with our buyer. All staff are professional and Sacha is incredibly experienced and knows the estate agency business inside out! Taylor is a people person and has great customer service skills. Overall, we are pleased we picked Your Move to sell through, having dealt with a few clowns in the past, it was a relief to sell through an agent that was grounded, practical and efficient.

Cowboys!

New Home Solutions used Your Move as part of Assisted Move for a new build. House is currently on the market correctly valued and then Your Move never even turned up to view our property but then low balled it 20-30k less. That’s dreadful service and would not use these cowboys! No effort to engage with the seller but expect us to take hit and they still get a pay out.

Don't use the Darwen branch or YourMove at all

Very disappointing experience with Your Move Darwen. We paid £200 + VAT a month for property management, yet constantly had to chase for updates, inspections and basic communication. Work was carried out on our property without our permission, which we only discovered through a neighbour's video. Despite raising this in December 2025 and chasing repeatedly, we received no proper response for 9 months. To make matters worse, we were then faced with a £1300+ termination fee that hadn't been explained when signing up. The service went rapidly downhill, and I wouldn't recommend trusting them to manage your property, especially if you're living abroad.

My experience so far with Yourmove has been a good one, it is refreshing to know that there are still estate agents out there that help you every step of the way, that's how I have felt being a single person, not knowing what to do and when, being walked through the process every step of the way, nothing seems to be too much, even out of hours. Your Move Walkden

Your Move Walkden consistently maintain an excellent standard of service. They are always on the front foot with everything to do with letting a property and their proactive approach is in stark contrast to other letting agents I have used. There is constant dialogue throughout every part of each process from letting a property to maintenance issues. Also their are lots of little gems of added value like their welcome letter that details expected life expectancies of decoration, appliances and carpets. Maintenance issues are dealt with brilliantly - most I have had have been dealt with by a few clicks of the mouse thanks to their semi-automated process. Highly recommended.

Horrible service on multiple occasions…

Horrible service on multiple occasions back to back. They schedule appointments foe viewing and do not turn up. When you call them, the person on the line says they are not from the lettings dept and therefore your call falls on deaf ears. They falsely claim they have left voice mails. They deliberately misspell email addresses and say they have sent appointment cancellation emails. To clairify, these emails are sent 15 minutes before the appointment. The so called representative said the property has been removed from the market. If that is the case, then why waste our time with appointments. I strongly suspect this is click bait for properties not on their portfolio. Disgusting service from a fly by night quack estate agent.

Our experience with Your Move was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment Ollie first introduced himself and got the process moving, we felt confident we had chosen the right estate agent. Ollie, Lee, Maya and Holly were all brilliant throughout the whole journey of selling our home and buying our new property. When our first sale unfortunately fell through, the team were incredibly supportive and proactive. Instead of letting things stall, they quickly got back to work marketing our property and managed to find another buyer for our home. Could not have sold without them!

I recently sold a leasehold property with Your Move Whitton. From early days valuation and subsequent viewings to accepting an offer and completion, the communication and support from Alan and his team was outstanding. Kasia & Alan worked hard to ensure that the process was as smooth as possible and that the sale kept moving to complete quickly for myself and my buyer. I often found out more from them than I did my own solicitors! They really do provide an essential link and without their chasing up on matters arising, the sale would still be ongoing. A mention must also go to the other members of the team, Anish, Ashton & Shahid with whom I had interactions along the way, they were superb and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Alan and his team highly enough.

I can highly recommend Ollie and his team at Your Move Beccles, they have been nothing but exceptional in my opinion throughout the sale of our property. I’ve thought long and hard to think of anything they did that we didn’t like, and honestly, there’s nothing. I wanted to leave a review because our dealings with estate agents on our three previous moves were far from perfect, in fact they were typical of what gets this business a bad name. Before meeting Ollie we had thought we would be using a different agency, however they were nothing like as professional or as realistic about the value of our property. We actually sold for more than they suggested it was worth and we are in a falling market. Anyone can sell properties for less than market value, because they generally sell themselves. Think about it, and if you want to achieve a realistic price then give Your Move Beccles a call, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Ollie and whilst everyone in the office was exceptional, special thanks to Lee, he was with us every step of the way.

Terrible Customer Service - Dudley

Rented a property through Your Move, Dudley branch. In my years renting and indeed, experiencing a service, the experience from Your Move Dudley has been one of the worst! They are nothing short of a rent collecting agency. Zero empathy for tenant experience, zero concern when you raise complaints....only interested in collecting rent. The property I rented in Tividale, Oldbury through them was run down and we were told would be repaired prior to move-in date. We paid all the deposit and rent, collected keys only to see that walls have been whitewashed but key parts of the house and garden were in terrible state. Raised complaints, we were pushed to the landlord. Turns out 'landlord' is actually landlords daughter who just wants money. No inventory, no document showing state of the property. If not for my experience and pro-activeness, they would have taken my deposit when I moved out after 1 year. Terrible experience with Your Move Dudley, right up till the day I handed back the keys. If you have another option i.e. agency, for renting or buying, please take it!
