My property manager (for this case) was Riley Buckley and she has been excellent. After I reported a water leakage issue in my apartment Riley was very prompt to get a contractor arranged to look into it. She gave me timely updates, was good with follow-ups and kindly suggested a few alternatives to the problem. Thankful to her timely response and action on this

Mohammed Shubib was what any individual aspiring to let could hope to find in an agent. Professional, hard working and most importantly, supportive, through every step of the process from beginning to end. Any questions we had at almost any time of day, he’d speedily respond. Any complications in the process, he’d remedy as quickly and effectively as possible. There was never a “unfortunately I won’t be able to do that” from him, and we were more than grateful for it. Quite simply, if it wasn’t for him, we wouldn’t have gotten our dream flat. Plain and simple. He’s a credit to Life Residential West, and a hero in our eyes. Once moved in, if things go wrong, don't expect much support

I rented a flat through Life Residential after being promised concierge services and proper management of the private areas around the building. Unfortunately, neither was delivered, which made living there during the day and even in the early evenings an unpleasant experience.

I just thought I would update my review since the original one was written in 2017 and I've now been using Life for 7 years. They continue to provide excellent service - on the tenant side, they constantly monitor the market to ensure the best rates and I've not had a single default or any damage beyond wear and tear across what must be 50-60 tenancies over 7 years. On the maintenance side my relationship manager Melody is tireless and her interventions to ensure we make the best decisions and source correctly have saved many hundreds of pounds
