GoogleThey are very unprofessional and slow. Haley Bellfield was our property manager and we sent emails to chase for our deposit return. She did not come back to us for 15 days which is 5 days overdue. 10 days is the guaranteed time by the deposit scheme they use. Furthermore, they tried to deduct from our deposit money for a lot of stuff that was withdrawn in the second round! You need to complain about unreasonable deductions if you use them. The team is rotten in their professionality.
We are sorry to hear there has been a delay with releasing your deposit. Kindly note, we require confirmation from the landlord before we can proceed to release the deposit however, we understand the undisputed amount has been released to you. One of our Senior Team Managers is in communication with you to provide updates and ensure a smooth release of the remaining amount. Once we have received confirmation from both parties on the proposed deductions, we have 10 days to release the deposit. Thank you for your continued patience here.

GoogleThe team at LiFE Residential West London are very client-centric. I was in contact with Riccardo Russo, who helped me with my search for a one bedroom apartment in a very competitive London rental market. Riccardo made my experience as a prospective tenant easy, with his proactive and client focused approach. He was very responsive via WhatsApp and phone calls (which is not a given in the London rental market) and made arrangements for physical and virtual viewings on short notice. He was also really knowledgeable of the property, it’s surrounding area and of the London rental market generally. For anyone in search of a rental property, I recommend contacting LiFE Residential West London and speaking with Riccardo.

GoogleRight from the start I was pleasantly impressed with Life Residential’s approach to help me find my new apartment. However, it just got even better when I was introduced to Gina as my property manager. She has been everything you’d expect and more! Not only by being responsive and quick with her ability to get things done but also consistently checking in to see if everything went well. Especially with some situations (like getting myself locked inside) her assistance to help fix the lock and look for immediate solution saved me a lot of stress! To add to this, I’ve just moved to the UK, so having a person who is as reassuring and helpful as Gina I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thanks Gina, I know my decision to go with this house and Life Residential was a good one because of you!

After I reported a water leakage issue in my apartment Riley was very prompt to get a contractor arranged to look into it.
