TrustpilotFailed to repay deposit
Two months after the end of a short let Foxtons still hadn't returned the deposit and failed to answer all correspondence. No issues or deductions have been suggested; they simply don't respond and I had to raise a dispute under the deposit protection scheme.

GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience.The contract doesn’t have standard terms like a break clause so now I am stuck in a tenancy with no flexibility. The agent basically pushed us along and created a ‘scarcity mentality’ and told us ‘we are being too picky’ I would definitely advise you to keep as far away from this agency as possible.

We had a long journey of selling our property and despite all the difficulties they pulled through and did such an amazing job. I cannot recommend Adam and his team enough they are just absolutely brilliant. Do not hesitate to use them.

GoogleI had a very bad experience with Fixtons Ealing. The property viewings took place in a hurry. Even in the office when I placed my offer, my booked estate agent had to leave for a different meeting. I paid a holding deposit, didn’t receive the answer from the landlord for weeks (although I was told it will happen within one week) and now I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. The estate agent doesn’t answer and doesn’t care! I am thinking about taking legal advice!!!

We were repeatedly given information by the letting agent that turned out to be untrue or later changed. Basic steps that should have been handled professionally were completely overlooked, causing us significant stress and financial loss.

GoogleEver wondered why estate agents got such a bad name? Well here's the reason. They will not listen to you, they will not select and curate a viewing list based on your criteria, they will simply show you everything on their books. Even when they don't have the keys, or when the owner is out of the country they will still insist on wasting your time and showing you the outside, for whatever reason. Fortunately not all are like this. And there are several independent agents in the area who actually do their job with integrity and intelligence.
We are sorry to hear that you have had this experience. We pride ourselves on delivering top quality customer service and this certainly does not sound like the standard of service we would expect you to receive. GoogleI had a great experience using Foxtons in Ealing Broadway and especially from the help I've received from Angat Kamboh whilst I was searching for a new apartment to move around the area. I'm an expat and he was very helpful with the language, professional, polite, knowledgeable and he would paid attention to what I was looking for - he always offered his expertise and advise but he never added pressure on me to take a fast decision. I would definitely recommend this branch and Angat.

GoogleI don't normally write a review however Victoria Brocklehurst from the Ealing office was extremely helpful! She showed us around 2 properties, didn't rush us or pressurise us. Very informative and professional. A delightful young lady. Unfortuneatley the properties were not quite right as in personal taste. We moved out of the apartment over three months ago and left it in perfect condition. The rental agreement stated that our deposit should have been returned within 10 days, yet we are still waiting. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing has been resolved.

GoogleWe had a series of viewings for 2 bedroom flats in the Ealing/Hanger Lane area with an amazing agent called Jess. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and patient with our difficult questions. More importantly, she showed us some very interesting properties that fitted our brief very well. She understood our needs and was a refreshing change compared to our experience with some other agencies.
