Although we didn’t find the right property in the end, I really appreciated his dedication and excellent customer service. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive and reliable estate agent.

GoogleAn untrustable agency. They will not protect your right even unilaterally broke your tenancy agreement with no reason. My case is : after 5 days of the end of my letting agreement, they sent me an email to notify me that my tenancy agreement was early terminated 10 days before the natural end day and applied charges to my deposit. The reason is Foxton started another tenancy agreement with a new tenant which had 10 days overlapped with my leasing period. They did this action so as to avoid violated government regulations. But they didn't mind violating their clients' agreement.

GoogleHad a really good experience at Foxtons while searching for a property. I was very pleased to have had Bianca looking after me as she was very patient and accommodating to the many questions I had as a first time buyer. She took time to explain things clearly to me and provided me with the relevant guidance and information relating to the properties we visited. I am very grateful for her precious advice and professionalism as it positively impacted my experience.

GoogleMyself and four of my friends were looking for a 4 bedroom house to rent around September last year. Unfortunately we were unable to find one for a long period of time due to promises made by other Estate Agents. We finally decided to check out Foxtons and thats when we met Natalia. She sat us down a discussed what we wanted which was great. Not only that but she spoke to us like a professional whilst upholding a fun and positive attitude. She managed to find us a fantastic 4 bedroom house under budget as well as getting us furniture. All I can say now is i'm glad we choose Foxtons! Thanks Natalia!!

Our Sales Negotiator was Tatiana Xyda and she done an exceptional job and is an asset to Foxtons Ealing. Tatiana was very helpful, polite, skilful at her job, and a good all-round professional. Tatiana was also very good at arranging convenient viewing times, finding out information, and providing constant updates to us. We had a very good experience working with Tatiana Xyda and Foxtons Ealing.

GoogleI recently exchanged on a house sold by Foxtons. Tatiana Xyda was the sales negotiator on this sale. From the start she has been really helpful and professional both with organising viewings, driving me to the property and arranging an additional viewing after the offer had been accepted. It's fair to say that the sale was not straightforward and was quite significantly delayed. Tatiana was really great at trying to get things done - always keeping me informed and chasing up with all the different people. My solicitor also thought she was really helpful too and she really went the extra mile to make sure we have got to this point.

GoogleIt was about five years ago when I first time let my property in Ealing through Foxtons. Alexi and his team at the time were very helpful and professional. However I had a very bad experience with Foxtons when my first tenants moved out. At the time when my tenants moved out Alexi was working somewhere else so he wasn't able to help me with the problem with my tenants when they moved out (they have taken some of my stuff from the flat, they have burnt top of my expensive chest of drawers, they have broken loo and replaced the original white loo seat with a brown wooden one. They have ruined my two matrasses and flat hasn't been cleaned professionally. When I complained to the manager at the time he didn't do anything about it and I was very disappointed with the service that I had received. When Alexi came back to Ealing office he phoned me to check if my flat was still on the market for rent. I told him what I have been through after he had left Ealing office and that I would never let my flat again with Foxtons. Alexi was very sympathetic but very professional and he asked me to give him another chance which I have reluctantly agreed with him. It didn't take him long to find me a very nice new tenant (Alexi new what kind of tenants I was looking for. I am glad that Alexi is back in Ealing office and I would highly recommend him. I hope he stays in Ealing office for much longer. I wish him all the best in his career. We need more people like Alexi. Alexi, you deserve all 5 stars. You a star alredy.

GooglePaul Axon was our estate agent when we were looking to buy a property through Foxtons, Ealing Office. Although we did not end up buying a property, as it wasn’t the right time for us, we cannot recommend using Paul Axon enough. He was absolutely courteous, definitely on the ball and supported us through the whole journey. He was always available for any queries and advice and made us feel reassured through the whole experience. Thank you Paul for your help and we will definitely use you again in the future when the time is right.

GoogleI recently completed on my first home - I wasn't sure about the property but Tatiana was brilliant helping my partner and I consider our options carefully and helping us during viewings. Tatiana was supportive throughout - some have warned me away from Foxtons as pushy and not customer centric - not what I experienced. I felt I had a friend at the end of the phone who knew everything there was to know about the whole process and was just as excited about our purchase as I was. Would recommend and will use Foxtons when I move again!

GoogleI was warned about using Foxtons but I thought "how bad can they be?" The answer: Absolute cowboys. I was all ready to sign them up to let my property but I took the time to read the small print of the contract. There was a £420 extra charge that they "neglected" to mention. This was on top of a charge of 11%. Obviously they were hoping I wouldn't read the small print and would only realise the extra charge once the contract was signed and tenants moved in. At best, negligence, at worst, deliberate fraud. Avoid like the plague.

GoogleOur whole experience with Foxtons Ealing has been a pleasure. Victoria, our agent went out of her way to help us secure our rental property. Nothing seemed to much trouble. The process of renting through Foxtons has been a dream compared to previous attempts with other agencies. From the slick website right down to personal service and ease/security of sending through deposits and payments, everything has been super easy. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria and Foxtons Ealing.

TrustpilotExtremely poor handling of deposit refund, lack of accountability and communication.
I moved out of my flat on 25 September 2025, and my landlord immediately approved the full return of my deposit. I provided my bank details to Foxtons on 3 October, and the online portal confirmed that the refund would be processed within 5, 7 working days.

Milo Durnford and his team helped us move into our dreamed house in the February of 2014, at just the right time after we failed our 3 offers in other agents . From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, always keeping me updated and informed at every step. They were always at hand to answer my many questions (and trust me I had lots as it was a complicated process) , they always were incredibly professional & polite.

GoogleWhile I was looking for a rental property, Adam at Foxtons Ealing provided great service from the start. With other agents, I’d met them at the property and had to make my way there on foot. Adam lined up 3 properties to view at a time that suited my schedule and went above and beyond by driving me to see them in his car. Not only was he friendly and informative, he was highly knowledgeable about the area.
