As a first time buyer I was rather uninformed regarding the entire process coming into it. Thankfully I hit the jackpot with foxtons Ealing and especially Jessica Wolfe, not once did she make me feel stupid or uncomfortable asking questions when I was unsure. They went above and beyond through the whole process explaining (sometimes multiple times) what everything means and what to expect. Nothing was ever too much or to mini to ask! I could not recommend them enough and will be always grateful to Jessica and her amazing support team 10/10

Avoid

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Based on my experience, I would advise new landlords to be extremely cautious with Foxtons. The agent’s explanations of commission and contract terms were unclear, and I ended up in a lengthy dispute over unexpected fees. Which is escalated to ombudsman and will probaly go to the court. Never trust a word of Foxton's agents. Always insist on written communication and carefully review all documents before signing. I would not recommend Foxtons to others based on my experience.

Buying my property from Foxtons was an amazing experience! The agent Bianca was very professional in her job. And she worked very well on negotiating a deal between me and the seller, where both parties were happy with the deal . When upon collecting the keys to my new apartment, I was greeted very nicely by the office staff and keys were given to me in a box with a card saying congratulations. My partner and I are currently looking for a property. We recently put an offer on a property with the help of Bianca. Unfortunately we did not manage to secure the property but I have to say it was a very positive experience thanks to Bianca. She was more than willing to offer her knowledge on the property and anything she didn't know, she took the time to find out for us. Bianca has an approachable, kind and helpful attitude and was very accommodating to our timings. I would also like to say that she has been very punctual and respectfully communicative without over doing it which has often not been my experience in the past with estate agents. She is a real asset to Foxtons and the best person we've dealt with so far in this endeavour to buy a property. There were quite a few stumbling blocks (none of which were down to Andy/Foxtons) and I found Andy to be excellent at keeping me up to date with developments and also realistic about next steps. Our house went on the market in the 2nd week in January, and after numerous viewings a day, it was sold within the week, above the asking price.
