GoogleI would not trust them at all, especially not William. They like to keep information away from you which only comes out when you already put down the holding deposit! If you want to rent out the Grange road flat make sure to ask about the garden straight away otherwise they will come back saying they will confirm it and then it will be too late to figure out that the garden looks like a forest. They just go for the money and not to actually to help you find a nice flat.

GoogleKelly Gill and James Fox did a great job.They are professional, friendly and provide just the right amount of feedback and support. They found a buyer for me quickly even though there weren't many viewings, which tells me that they weed out time wasters. I got the price I wanted and there were no last minute glitches (such as last minute price reduction). I would definitely recommend them for a smooth and satisfactory transaction.

GoogleWe have been dealing with James Fox at the Ealing branch and he has been great. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the market. Most of all, James's communication on (at least) a weekly basis has meant we have been able to move the process along quickly & efficiently. I would definitely recommend these agents .. particularly James!

GoogleWe have been lucky to have the Ealing branch with us through the sale of our flat. For any property over 500k, there are little things that might not b so important if you are selling a studio, but our sale would have never completed without them. We actually had a buyer right away and it was only our fault by not really been prepared for this that the cash buyer walked away and reserved different property. BM would not allow timewasters, in fact the offer is only ever on the table if the buyer has got the actual finances to proceed. While things are being finalized property stays on the market in case any other credible offers come through unless you agree differently with them. Our buyers solicitor worked beyond slow but we still moved ahead (it turned out they prioritized other clients...but the uncertainty of not knowing why and what is happening can be difficult if your agent does not keep you informed. Good agent ensures the buyer stays put and this absolutely makes or breaks the sale). Overall each member has something really great about them and I don't want to single anyone out because it is the fact they all work as a team that makes things happen. I have already recommended their services to others and would not hesitate to do so again.

GoogleWill offered very good service and we appreciate his input and great help in bringing the process to the final agreement for the purchase of our new property and being very proactive to achieve the exchange by pushing for action by the solicitors. Very informative by regular updates on the progress of the purchasing process with good communication bearing in mind that we were dealing and discussing regarding the property and the purchase from abroad. Very satisfied with Barnard Marcus altogether and will not hesitate to recommend the agent to others. Many thanks.

From the beginning they kept us informed all the way through, everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. We would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely use in the future for buying or selling. We had the pleasure of having Imogen Beadon and Kelly Gill supporting us throughout. A friendly, helpful team to deal with. Kept me updated regularly and got back to me really quickly if I had any queries. Kept in regular contact with my solicitor so everyone was up to date with what was happening. They knew we were keen to complete before Christmas and because of their excellent communication we were able to do so. Very professional from start to finish, always at the end of the phone for help and advice. Thank you both!

GoogleUnprofessional clowns, avoid at any cost. Go to developer or seller direct. Who are these lazy unprofessionals??? How do you run an estate agent business with this much incompetence??? I have called them 3 times and left my details 3 time, no call back! Call them the 4th time arrange a viewing, the agent doesn't show up!!! Absolutely pathetic excuse for estate agents!
