GoogleShaquille contacted me proactively having seen my rental property advertised privately. Despite lots of positive interest prior to listing Barnard Marcus liked Shaquille's "can do" attitude and also that of his colleague Anthony. Ultimately they were pipped to the post by a private contact but I'd definitely have no hesitation listing with them in the future. They were business like and efficient and always did what they said they would do

GoogleAbsolutely first class from valuation through to completion on tenanted flat in Acton, we were kept well informed, the team are all great, Kelly in developing a sales strategy to Will's final sales negotiation - all really helpful and friendly. Especially as we don't live in the area so this was all done remotely. Highly recommended.

I wouldn’t normally take the time to write a review, but given the elation of exchanging contracts within 7 weeks of first seeing the property has not only been a record; but also a pleasure! The service, professionalism and communication between James and Kelly and myself has been fantastic. They have made a usually daunting process, easy. Always responsive to queries or concerns, friendly and most importantly...honest; a quality very important in a property purchase and I appreciated that above everything else! My instinct now will to automatically contact Barnard Marcus and ask for these two for any future property sale! James I only have two words to say....... Palm trees!! GoogleProbably my worst experience with a Letting agent . Absolutely no contact from them prior to moving out date, Had to visit the office myself to find out what needed to be done. Failed to return deposit within 10 days, in fact still awaiting it's return. Stereotypical Estate Agent, Can't be nicer when they want your money, once that's over they couldn't really care less.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleKelly and James make a great team. I live overseas and they worked with me to sell my mother's house. Even though I never met them, they were in constant contact, answered the numerous questions I had and talked me through the process. Both Kelly and James worked diligently to ensure the sale of the house went through as quickly and smoothly as possible. I couldn't be happier with the result and I am extremely grateful for all their support and work.

GoogleOverall, it was a pleasent experience finding an apartment to rent. I walked into this office on a Friday morning and on the same evening I had found the appartment I wanted to rent. Ricardo as my agent did a great job and showed me four different apartments which were all within my requirements. I was on holiday before moving into the property, but we still kept in touch about the paperwork and everything that had to get done beforehand. I appreciate his consideration for my holiday-situation. Two things I wasn't happy with: 1. I was told that the apartment would be professionally cleaned on moving-date which turned out not to be the case. 2. After confirming the tenancy, I received an Email from Barnard Marcus suggesting 'Home Telecom' as company to set up the internet. This internet company turned out to be a complete rip-off and the most disappointing thing is that the area I am living in is not even a BT area. I had hoped for a better recommendation- given that its a local agency that should know the area.
