I had a pleasant viewing with Hajj. He was incredibly enthusiastic, kind-hearted, and took the time to explain both the property and contract terms in detail multiple times, which I greatly appreciated. As a foreigner, I’ve often found that many agents tend to avoid pronouncing my name and simply use my surname instead. However, Hajj made the effort to ask how to pronounce my name correctly and used it throughout our interaction. This small but thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me. Although I ended up choosing a different property that better suits my current needs, I would be very happy to have Hajj and Barnard Marcus again next time after my new contract end:) Thank you very much Hajj!

We have been very fortunate to have Kelly and her team handling our sale, from the very first moment they visited (December 2023) to completion (September 2024) they have been the only beacon of hope and support throughout what has been otherwise a truly horrific 8-month process, spent ripping our hair out between negligent conveyancers and rude solicitors. But Kelly has been relentless, she was never afraid to pick up the phone or chase them every day, no matter the difficulties. She updated us regularly at any time, we really felt we had her in our corner (I bet if it were all up to her we would have completed in two months.) Cannot recommend Kelly and her team enough, they have also been very personable and supportive throughout almost a whole year. Do yourself a favour and have a chat with them, you won't regret the choice.

I have finally moved out of my flat. I would not recommend getting a property with Ealing Barnard Marcus. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I have had to chase him about simple issues or questions for days even weeks sometimes. I called him 4 days in a row and each time I was told he’s off sick. One day I stopped outside the office called the office and was told he is still off sick, which was a lie I was literally looking into the office and saw him talking and laughing with his other colleagues. Sara was the only person who would help me on the phone or in person. She was professional and really helpful.

I can wholeheartedly say that my experience in selling my property in Ealing with Barnard Marcus was superb. I recommend them 100%. I am a landlord of a property in the Ealing area. There have been some problems that have arisen due to some difficult tenants. I sought advice from Simona Jonikaite (Lettings Manager) at the Barnard Marcus Ealing office on how I should best deal with the situation. Simona has been exceptional in navigating the problem and has been able to offer excellent practical advice to us which has done a great deal to soothe our anxiety and work towards finding a workable solution to the issue. Regarding the conduct of Barnard Marcus in relation to arranging property viewings. My property is under contract with another agency and Barnard Marcus has attempted to secure viewings through scraps of paper pushed through the door. This practice is misleading and unprofessional as it wastes the time of both prospective buyers and sellers. It also creates unnecessary confusion and undermines trust in the property market. Clients expect transparency and integrity from reputable agents, and such actions are disgraceful and contrary to those principles. All marketing and viewing arrangements should be handled in compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards and Barnard Marcus fails miserably on that front.

Excellent. We wanted to move but we had no time pressure so when Kelly valued the house significantly higher than the other agents we asked, we agreed that if we got her valuation, we would sell but we would not accept any offers. We were content to stay put for a year or two. We got lots of viewings and several offers which we turned down. Then a full offer from people who unaccountably pulled out after instructing a lawyer and getting local searches. Kelly said no problem and targeted Henry to find another buyer within a month. He did, at full asking price, and we have now exchanged contracts. The service was great and the personnel courteous, professional and effective. Highly recommended.
