Will and Kelly did an excellent job of selling my flat, I'm very happy with the results. I was with another agency for months, had a buyer fall through, and very little apparent interest in the property with surprisingly low number of viewings arranged. Shortly after I signed up with Barnard Marcus I had approx. 25 viewings arranged, a number of which expressed interest, and finally an offer! The experience was night and day compared to the other agency. Both Will and Kelly were extremely helpful on the phone, professional, insightful and always available to answer questions and give progress reports. The other agency gave the impression of using a lot of smoke screens and "running interference" so it was such a relief to work with the straight-talking professionals at BM. Even though the buyer's solicitor was quite rude and challenging Will persevered, chased them persistently, and got the sale through to exchange and completion. Thanks to the BM team for the sterling effort and I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling a property!

Kelly and Will were fundamental in the successful sale of my property, without them it is highly likely that the chain would have collapsed and my mortgage offer expire. They were extremely proactive in pushing the process forward [particularly evident in finding a new buyer within the same day my buyers withdrew] as well as using their expertise to liaise with our solicitors to deliver solutions to challenges we were up against. Kelly went out of her way on numerous occasions for us and it is evident she acts with her clients best interest as top of mind. We were kept informed regularly throughout the entire process and they were always available at the end of a phone whenever we needed them. Overall, they offered a great service and we are really thankful for all the hard work in pushing the sale through - it was not a straight forward process at all [a lot of external factors] but they were determined to deliver for us and they did! Would definitely recommend their services and use again in the future.

I have recently completed purchasing my property and Will was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was with me every step of the way from putting in the offer to sale completion. Be careful!! They won’t pass your offer on time and that cost my chance. And they will say everything to protect their staff. Just a reminder. Make sure you know your offer is passed to the seller within 24 hours as regulated by laws and industry standards.

Kelly was extremely helpful during a sale which was made difficult by other parties involved. She chased everyone and kept things moving along. Solicitors they recommended were awful though. Unfortunately was convinced by another member of staff that it would be best to use them for our sale, safe to say everyone regretted that choice! Kelly chased and escalated issues to their management until things were completed, putting in a lot of time and effort to answer our questions when the solicitors weren't telling us anything.

My partner and I , were recently searching for a property to rent and Shaquille and Anthony were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Shaquille was friendly , personable and had our best interest at heart. He immediately got what my partner and I were looking for and kept coming up with potential properties that would fit what we needed until he found us the one! (And he got us a cheeky discount on rent while at it!) Anthony was super responsive, easy to contact and also very friendly. I’ve dealt with a lot of Estate agents over the years and this lot is by far one of the best. Frustrating experience renting with BM in Ealing. They're pretty aggressive and persistent when wanting to take your money eg. the holding deposit - wouldn't allow you even a few hours to think. Different story when you would like to have your money back. The (overseas) landlord of the property I had rented was very slow to return my deposit, although there no damages in the property and hence no dispute either. They took more than two months, preparing and then sitting on an absurdly long and detailed inventory (which established that everything was ok - this could've been done right away when I moved out with a few minutes inspection). This was against TDS regulations that the deposit should be returned in 10 days. In this period I tried to contact BM to help me contact the landlord and speed up the process. My emails and requests were simply ignored, up to the point when I told them I'd raise a dispute with TDS which finally prompted them to call the landlord and get sth done. I eventually got the deposit back, but after a frustrating 2-month period of being ignored by BM. Also, every agent I was in contact with left the company after a short time, there seemed to be a very high turnover - i wonder why. It seems if you are a tenant BM Ealing just want to get your money ASAP and will ignore you from that point on and treat you with little to no respect.

I had a very bad phone call consultation with this agent. I was informed in the first phone call that I dialed the wrong service line (I should contact the letting team but the lady told me they are sale team). The lady said that the letting team will come back to me ASAP but I never got the call. So I made another call, and this time the lady directly hanged up the call although I was just confirming whether it was the right team to pick up. And then I made the third phone call and this time no one answered. This is quite rude and unprofessional. I do really doubt their derive quality and professionalism.
