GoogleMe and my partner have recently rented a property through Barnard Marcus Ealing and have had Shaquille Campbell help us with everything. He remembered myself enquiring about a property that had unfortunately gone and told me he would call back if anything came up. He called me a few days later and booked us into a viewing for a property in which we got the very same day! He has been very kind and helpful with all of our questions (being first time renters) and got back to us very quickly so the process of moving in could commence the next week! Could not recommend him enough :) Thankyou!

GoogleWe used Aysha as our Mortgage Manager who provided an excellent service. She has been extremely punctual, responsive and helpful with our journey. We have had various face to face meetings, where she has shared her extensive knowledge, explained each step in detail and answered all our questions thoroughly. She has responded to our queries in a timely manor, even on weekends and evenings. Highly recommend !

GoogleHad a 'pleasure' to deal with individual called Shaquille who didnt turn up to a viewing without warning or appology. When we called to ask when is he coming as we are at the property waiting, he said he finished work and will not come.He was very abusive and super rude with zero customer care or professionalism!! I recommend you avoid dealing with this arrogant individual.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to have Imogen Beadon handling our home purchase and we can't recommend her highly enough. She was attentive at every stage of the process and accommodated us returning to the property on several occasions during the buying process so we could plan renovations etc. For reasons not connected to Imogen the process wasn't smooth sailing the whole way and it was nice to feel that we had someone on our side.

GoogleI have recently moved to the UK from Japan. Bernard Marcus (Ealing) has been very helpful in moving to a renting property handled by them. Ms. Amrit Uppal the person in contact has exceptionally helpful and resourceful in getting me through the process of renting in UK. Even though this was the first time to rent a property in the UK, I was very much assured under the guidance of Ms. Uppal. Without the help of her expertise, I would not have been able to rent a property via a non-Japanese estate agent (who offers much higher rents compared to non-Japanese agents). As a foreigner I did experience some difficulties at the later stage of actually moving in such as "boiler not working", "electric meter not working" and "inventory check taking place without my presence". However, Ms. Uppal always helped me in getting through these situations. I am certainly living comfortably in my apartment and it would not have gone well if it wasn't for Ms. Uppal and Bernard Marcus.PositiveResponsiveness

From the first contact for the valuation of our property, they have been professional, punctual and provided excellent and timely communication. We re-listed our property with Barnard Marcus after having had a bad experience with another agent and we dearly regretted not having chosen them to begin with. They generated more viewings and secured an offer very quickly. They also provided great care-taking services after we accepted the offer and did their absolute best to take the sale to completion. GoogleI'm sure they are a good estate agent, but I have a very clear sign on my letterbox saying no leaflets or flyers, yet this company thought it was ok to completely ignore it and put their advertising through my door. Edit: this has now happened for a second time. Stop putting your unwanted junk mailshots through people's doors.
