Dealt with Amanda in the Bishop Aukland office. It brought to mind the old Monty Python sketch “do you want the 15 minute argument or the full half hour”Honestly trying to book a simple viewing in Crawleyside turned into major argument as I apparently told her the wrong time and God forbid she’d have to actually do something like rearrange a viewing. Either she’s having a bad day or there’s a policy of trying once only in that office and sod you if you screw up 😂

GoogleThis is the first house sale we have ever done, the whole experience was handled in a professional manner from day one. The ongoing advice and general help from Gillian once we had agreed an offer was great. The sale dragged on for some time due to circumstances beyond our control but Gillian was always ready to keep us on the right track. Her help and encouragement ensured it was altogether a relatively stress free event, I did get a bit cross when I kept losing the end of the poor quality parcel tape though !
