GoogleChris came for the valuation visit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. He produced the sales information, including photographs and a video and arranged for the house to go on the market. Sarah from the Durham Office made contact thereafter introducing herself and her colleagues and since then Ann has been our main contact. She has been easily contactable and she has kept us well informed on the viewings, offers and stages up to and including the Memorandum of Sale. Ann always immediately phoned us back offering friendly advice and knowledgeable support whenever we sent her an email with questions.
Dear David & Janet, wow what an amazing review, thank you so much, your comments are very much appreciated.

I recently viewed and let a house with Sarah Perrin at JW Wood Lettings and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. This is my first home I have let on my own and Sarah made the entire process much easier to manage, she communicated every stage with me and had the entire process complete in a couple of weeks. She is a fantastic asset to the team and a lovely person who made me feel at ease throughout! I couldn’t recommend the company and Sarah more if I tried. 5⭐️
