GoogleRented a property through Bridgfords that was signed off as safe, yet it was anything but. I have clear photographic evidence of significant water damage to the ground floor ceiling, directly around an electrical light fitting, which we were later told had been caused by a leak from the bathroom above. Although the broken toilet was eventually repaired, the water damage had already compromised the floor, leaving it structurally unsafe and dangerous to use. This bathroom was the only place in the property that provided basic sanitation, making the entire home effectively uninhabitable from day one. Despite raising these serious concerns with Bridgfords multiple times, I received no proper follow-up or resolution. The issues were downplayed, responsibility was shifted, and no real accountability was taken. We were ultimately left unable to live in the property and severely out of pocket. A deeply disappointing experience that reflects a lack of due diligence and concern for tenant safety..

GoogleCant recommend Bridgefords enough. If you can, make sure you deal with Emma Laws. I have 2 properties that I rent out, and Emma has been a great help. During tenant changes, she keeps me well informed during the whole process, and once they are in will be in contact right away should any issues come up.
