FALSE ADVERTISING continuously from this agency which is mis- leading both tenants and landlords. Fake TO LET boards being put up outside various properties. When you enquire about the properties with the agency they state they are no longer available but they were never advertised on their website or rightmove in the first place. I have raised this with them directly, but they have failed to take my point on board and continue to put up fake boards, not only on properties but on random lampposts and road signs. ADDITIONAL COMMENT AFTER RESPONSE FROM AGENT - It's a shame to see that my review and point has not been taken seriously with no explanation provided for the false advertising or confirmation that this will stop. Instead you have sent a generic response which is a kop out. Poor performance all round from your company.

Lazy business winning technique from this company yet again. Adding fake let boards in Leighton Buzzard at apartment blocks they do not let a single property in. I know at least two of the developments the boards are at are owned by one landlord and are all let by another agent, that doesn't make sense. Do your research if you are going to falsely advertise your company and put them in places that are believable if you are taking up this poor business tactic. Gain business the right way by winning it not the lazy way by pretending you are letting houses in that area.

I have been renting with Leaders since one year and a half when we decided to move town. Last year our house got allocated to a new property manager, Esther Kayonda that is very professional and hard worker. She has been putting a lot of effort to ensure that we receive our tenancy agreement on time and keep us updated always when was needed. She has been always available to speak with her, sometimes few times a day and always gave me good advices. Esther, if you are reading this review I can not express in words how thankful I am to you and your service. Leaders you should consider yourself proud to have people like Esther, who puts her heart in her job, to work for you.

My daughter rented a property in Dunstable for 18 months. I have to say I was shocked when I saw it - mould growing on the walls, the smell of damp, and a broken light fitting leaving a steep set of stairs with no lighting. She left two months ago and is still waiting for the deposit to be returned. Despite contacting Leaders by phone and email several times, there has been no response to explain why the deposit has not been returned. Unfortunately, she now has no option but to take them to the small claims court to reclaim what she is owed, including items damaged by the mould in the property. Not the kind of professional service I would expect from an estate agents.NegativeResponsiveness
