GoogleOne star is generous. I would give zero stars if I could. Leaders are shockingly unprofessional and disorganised. No communication, no responsibility, just endless excuses and being tossed between staff while nothing gets done. My deposit was delayed for weeks despite approval and paperwork being complete. Stressful, incompetent, and totally unreliable. Do not recommend to anyone.

GoogleBeen carrying out all aspects of Plumbing & Heating for Michelle (Manager) especially Gas Safety. Cant fault anything and am very happy with all situations. (Michelle is a Legend) runs the Dunstable Office to a Tee. I am a pain and prefer keys to be dropped off, again no fault here either. . . Keep up the good work. . .

My wife and I with a little one who is 15 months old moved from Brecon, Wales to Dunstable last month and fortunately didn’t have to wait for long to find our suitable accommodation. Leaders team was exceptionally supportive and helpful. They took our stress away and made us feel so comfortable with their service. I must thank Mr. Zachary Garlic who went beyond extra mile in every steps of the way to make the transition very smooth for us . GoogleAvoid these letting agents if you're a renter in the Bedfordshire area! When they were Lenwell they were brilliant, but after being purchased by Leaders we had nothing but trouble, be it mid tenancy inspections they no-showed on (wasting our time) or when it came to the end of the tenancy, sending a photographer around who insulted the house we loved living in for the last five years, made disparaging, dog whistle, xenophobic remarks about Muslim people, and complained there were boxes in the way (we were packing to vacate the premises, what did he expect!?), taking photos if our neighbours lovely garden (not part of the property we rented at all, she owns her house!) and putting it on the listing, to failing to action returning our deposit, despite our former (and brilliant) landlord confirming to release it in full. I'm now living on the other side of the planet, and I am not able to come into your office to complain in person, and I feel that Leaders are taking advantage of this fact! Yes, they will completely ignore your emails, and then when you complain will look as if they are interested in resolving the issue, and then back to radio silence!

GoogleI am a landlord. Leaders' incompetence caused £1000s in water damages and black mould in my flat. Despite me constantly chasing leaders, it took them months to get a plumber to finally "fix" the leak. When I took back possession of the flat, there was still a leak.
