I've recently began to use Connells fully managed letting service following inheriting a property. I wanted a service that meant I could do as little possible in managing the rental process. Lauren Bennett has been the instructions manager for the property and has provided an amazing service. She has taken care of everything from making sure the service I was signing up to was right for me, finding a new tenant and dealing with any task that has been required through to the point of new tenants moving in. Me and my mates, now room mates, had a great experience with Connells Dudly with a special thanks to Joe for going above and beyond for helping us get into our property extremely quick! Viewed the property one day and we were living there 2 days later! Very helpful, responsive and overall a lovely experience making our first home away from our parents a pleasant and easy process. Really good service from arranging an initial viewing of property to value and was given good advice to ensure it was presented in best possible way. I was met at the property at time agreed by Kyle and he ensured being my contact that all Q&As were given within a few hours of my asking. Excellent information given with full explanation so I understood what would happen next and at each stage. Offered a choice of completing relevant documents by post or electronically. Electronically was really good with all info and photos easily and securely stored. Connells arranged and completed all the viewings saving me time and money and kept me updated after each viewing and the property was sold within a few weeks and I would 100% recommend you ask for Kyle for good honest professional customer service and they (Connells team) do all the hard work leaving you free from worry etc. Thank you to Kyle and all the team for all your hard work. Highly recommended!!!!

Absolutely incompetent. Listed a property with them Aug 2020, didn't use them as the person they suggested as a Tennant was completely unsuitable (both financially and in behaviour). 9 months later I am still getting emails about me owing them £90, despite having proved on a number of occasions that it was paid immediately at the time. All they can say is they are a new team. No excuse whatsoever for poor record keeping.NegativeProfessionalism

The most amazing, helpful and efficient letting agency I have ever had the pleasure to work this. Staff are amazingly friendly too! Shout out to Aisha Hussain for the undying support and service! Garbage service. Don't let them manage a rental property of yours. They take your money and don't do anything in return. No inventory completed, never return your calls, no due diligence on tenants or guarantors. Taken £90 a month for doing nothing, other than leaving me in a position of potential litigation as I now have a tenant threatening to squat in my property. I reached out to arrange a viewing for a property listed as 'Company Let,' with the description stating 'FULLY REFURBISHED THREE BED COMPANY LET WELCOME AVAILABLE NOW.' I was met with a blunt 'we are not interested.' With no explanation. Stop wasting people's time. Much better Agents out there, look elsewhere.

This agency will swop you energy suppliers as they get paid by spark energy to perform energy switches. They will also notify the council you have left the property all in attempts to get you to leave the property quicker and cheaper than going through the correct legal processes. This agency will take 1000s off you to rent a property to you long term. Then advise the landlord that if he evicts you then they can gain more rent than they are allowed to increase by.
