Our lettings manager is very responsive and despite a lil confusion over payments it was always dealt with promptly. GoogleMe and my boyfriend are currently in the process of buying our first home together. We started with Debby showing us around a good handful of properties, then we signed up to have our mortgage advisor through connells to which we were appointed Joni. The pair of them have given us an amazing experience! There hasn't been a question too big, or too small. They've literally gone that extra mile since we first came to them! I would definitely recommend them both without any hesitations! We had changed our mind on one property and straight away they had another lined up for us to see, to which our offer has been accept! (Woohoo)... Joni and Debby you are absolutely fantastic! And an absolute credit to connels! We will always recommend you! We honestly cannot thank them enough! Well done girls!

GoogleI would not recommend once they have your money they don’t answer calls spoke to homelet referencing looks like I’m not first that got scammed from this real state I would not recommend at all

GoogleWe went with Joni Saddlington as our mortgage advisor. Honestly we would have been lost without Joni. She worked so hard for us to get us into our first home, helped us when we didn't understand things and always kept us updated. She chased everyone we couldn't get in touch with ourselves and always had results. Brilliant and we can't thank her and the Dudley branch enough. GoogleNot knowing buying first property we were sold a lease hold and told freehold. Connells took £1000 cash deposit after closing time and were hesitant giving receipt so adjusted selling price. How stupid were we handing cash over and dealing with this branch. Please be careful and know what you're doing!!
