I really encourage people to take part, it's a fab sustainability piece rather than throwing old toys, games, furniture, garden equipment etc away to landfill and a chance to get some pocket money too.

GoogleNicol and Co provided an outstanding service. We sold our own house in a different area, so were registered with Nicol and Co in Droitwich as buyers. The property market was a bit slow in 2023, so it took a long time for us to find the right house, but whilst we were looking, someone phoned every week to find out how we were getting on, suggesting things we might consider, without being pushy and trying to talk us into viewing something unsuitable. Once we had had an offer accepted, the team were extremely helpful, for example, arranging for contractors to provide quotes for remedial works, etc. The whole team was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I felt they were really pro-active and would have every confidence in them marketing a property on my behalf.
Then, on the day, we had a lovely box of goodies to set us up - a lovely surprise.

GoogleWhen I first approached Nicol & Co to let out my property, they seemed really confident in how much money I could get for it a month (their estimate was so much more than I anticipated) and how quickly they'd find a tenant. I must admit I was sceptical but they were right - after hosting a live stream within the first week I had so many offers I had to whittle the list down to the ones I wanted vetted. Since the property has been let Grace has been fantastic. With the managed service they literally do everything which makes such a difference. I've let out a property before through another agency and it was a very different experience. I really cannot fault Nicol & Co and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleHuge thank you to the people at Nicol & Co. After reading the other reviews, I decided to use them to sell my bungalow and couldn't have made a better decision. The sale was hassle free from start to finish. Robin came round and valued the property and suggested coming back another day to take the pictures on a sunnier day. The property was advertised on the Wednesday and sold by Friday and with the help of Neil we got more than the advertised price! They sorted everything for me and even arranged a meeting with an advisor who helped me sort out the necessary paperwork needed before the sale to avoid any delays, which was a great help. Chloes' weekly update calls were brilliant, she liaised with everyone so that I didn't have to which ultimately made the transaction smooth and hassle free.Thank you all.
