GoogleEvery person we spoke to and/or emailed with at Nicol & Co Droitwich offered first class customer service. Of particular note is Chloe, She is always happy to chase matters through & kept us informed at all times…Not to mention the clear pride she takes in (very!) rapid email response times which as first time buyers is particularly reassuring! I honestly believe the process would have been a lot more stressful if it weren’t for the support of Chloe, Mia, Lucy and the rest of the Droitwich team. Considering the other stories I’ve heard from Family & Friends on their own property journeys through the years, Nicol & Co have shined through and if asked, will be my recommendation for anyone who asks, Nicol & Co Droitwich are the estate agents to beat!

GoogleWe just bought a property through Nicol and Co Droitwich branch. House purchase is notoriously stressful however, we found the team in Droitwich to be at the top of their game. The link person there was Chloe who was in constant touch with both teams of solicitors and us making sure everything was running as seamlessly as possible.. customer service is widely talked about and rarely delivered in our experience...but exemplary service was our experience this time. Well done !!

GoogleWe used Nicol and Co, Droitwich to sell our late parents home. At the beginning of selling our house we were originally told they expected the house to sell within a few weeks and potentially had a buyer lined up. Infact it took over a year. Which we were disappointed by.
On a positive note however, Chloe at the Droitwich branch has been excellent. She has kept us informed step by step and has alway been on the end of the phone to answer any questions.

A really professional team effort with great communication throughout. Karen has been helpful with advice not just on the sale but also on the move to another area and the sales manager has been great at keeping me posted and advising as things go forward. Great work from all concerned and I would gladly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling - a service that covers you from start to finish!

We have been dealing with Natasha Warr from Nicol & co of Droitwich Spa, We have found her knowledge of the properties they have available for sale which would suit our needs to be very good.. She has always kept us informed of properties coming on the market with themselves that she thinks we would be interested in. Can't praise her professionalism enough. GoogleLeanne Fletcher was fantastic. My solicitor was extremely slow at getting back to me and Leanne continuously chased them up for me. She was really persistent and I don't think things would have been done as quick without her help. Other staff at nicol and co including Matt Bennett who dealt with our purchase were also very helpful, replying to emails and getting things done for us.

GoogleNicol and Co organised the first Big Worcestershire Garage Sale in 2023 which was great fun and a big success for me. Following this, they continued the trend this year in 2024 and it was an even bigger success!
I really encourage people to take part, it's a fab sustainability piece rather than throwing old toys, games, furniture, garden equipment etc away to landfill and a chance to get some pocket money too.

GoogleNicol and Co provided an outstanding service. We sold our own house in a different area, so were registered with Nicol and Co in Droitwich as buyers. The property market was a bit slow in 2023, so it took a long time for us to find the right house, but whilst we were looking, someone phoned every week to find out how we were getting on, suggesting things we might consider, without being pushy and trying to talk us into viewing something unsuitable. Once we had had an offer accepted, the team were extremely helpful, for example, arranging for contractors to provide quotes for remedial works, etc. The whole team was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them. I felt they were really pro-active and would have every confidence in them marketing a property on my behalf.
Then, on the day, we had a lovely box of goodies to set us up - a lovely surprise.
Thanks very much, everyone!
