GoogleEveryone I have spoken to at Nicole&co Droitwich have all been very friendly, helpful, have a good sense of humour and above all patient! Our particular house move has been long and stressful (due to other factors not Nicole&Co) and they have always tried to make the process as pain free as possible. The team members I have had dealings with always remember who I am and my back story, which has helped immensely. Thank you to Dan, Millie and Niamh who I have spoken to on the phone and to Barry and Jayne we met on viewings. A special thank you to Chloe who has helped us through the final stages of our purchase. Apologies if I’ve missed anyone, you are all a credit to your profession. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI cannot recommend Nicol and Co (Droitwich) highly enough. Moving is one of life’s most stressful experiences but they ensured all dealings with their office made the process that little bit easier. My main interactions were with Niamh, Mia and Chloe - their manner was always sunny, polite and helpful. They made me feel like my questions were the most important at that time. When responses were requested they were prompt and complete. The completion process was also very smooth and we were kept fully informed by them at every stage. And the final excellent customer service was the amazing “Welcome to your new home” box that we were given when we picked up the keys! Thank you to the whole Droitwich team for helping us make the move to our dream home a reality.

In those thirteen years the company has grown quite significantly! However, you the client still receives the same excellent personal level of service as before. GoogleNicol & Co have made the whole buying process an absolute breeze, and (relatively!) stress free. Words cannot quite fathom just how fantastic they’ve been to me and my partner; from the very start of searching for our first home in Droitwich, right up until the offer stage, they have kept us in the loop with constant updates and reassurances, which I’d imagine is quite the rarity in your every day estate agents.
Myself and my partner were first time buyers who knew very little about the whole process. Nicol & Co made sure that we were fully informed and understood every step before we proceeded with anything. Even prior to having our offer accepted on our dream property, they constantly kept in touch to see where we were at with our search, and with any new properties they had coming on the market. This pro-active approach and customer care eventually led to us finding the house in which we’ll be moving into at the end of the month, and for that we will be forever in their debt.
If you’re searching for the right estate agents for you, be that on the buying, selling, or even just casually viewing side, I could not recommend Nicol & Co highly enough.
Also a specific shout out to Coral and Niamh who were our main contacts - whilst I have no doubt everyone in the team is fantastic, these two were an absolute dream.
