Nicol & Co are absolutely brilliant. From buying our first home with them 3 years ago to now selling that house with them and buying another house with them, I don’t have a single bad thing to say. Through viewing different properties we have dealt with a lot of different estate agents but honestly none of them come close to the service Nicol & Co provide. Every single person I’ve spoken to has been kind, friendly, and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and if there is anything you’re unsure of they are always willing to help. Niamh at the Droitwich branch deserves a special shout out… she gave me a call when they had a property in the pipe line that was exactly what I was after. We managed to agree a sale without the property even having to go live. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and we continue to use them in the future. I've dealt with Nicol & Co twice, for the purchase and then subsequently the sale of my property in Copcut. Both times I've been really impressed with the excellent communication keeping me informed each step of the way. As a buyer, the comms were far better than from my own solicitor at the time. As a seller, I've been really reassured by the professional presentation of their marketing, their heavy presence in the local area, and how they've helped to drive the process forwards on my behalf. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Kelly for getting the listing and valuation in place and drumming up interest that translated to four above-asking-price offers from six viewings, and also to Chloe who kept things moving right up to exchange and completion. Chloe looked after my sale and kept me updated on a weekly basis, with other members of the team stepping in if she wasn’t available . They were always contactable either by phone or email. Chloe kept on the case even after a buyer was found . She kept in touch with all the solicitors in the chain to keep the sale moving along. Nicol & Co just dont find a buyer , they keep involved with the sale to the finish line. This is not the case with all estate agents. I’ve dealt with a few over the years.

When putting my house on the market in Droitwich, there was only ever one estate agency I was considering, and that was Nicol and Co… that was the best decision I’ve made, as my house was only on the market for one week before I accepted an offer, exceeding any expectations I had. From the valuation with Dan Peace (which was like speaking to a friend) to the offer acceptance, everything has been seamless. The valuation was real and transparent, no over-pricing to win or “out-do” another agent, no false promises, particulars of similar properties within the area and their sold prices were provided to me. I got given a pack explaining what to expect from the sales process and an engaging presentation was sent to me afterwards… everything was personalised to me and my property. This was particularly welcomed, being a first time seller, as I had no idea what I was doing! The photos and virtual tour were beautifully done, to such a professional standard. Despite knowing exactly what my own house looks like, I wanted to buy it myself after seeing the listing! The office staff have been exceptional from the start, always quick to answer the phones, emails, viewing requests, viewing feedback - Millie, Niamh and Chloe were always so excited to speak to me and spoke about my house as though it was their own, with nothing but excitement! (I must add, the social media post, from Millie, went round my group chats like wildfire and got nothing but praise from the girls WhatsApp group… and all you ladies know the worth of that group chat!) During the sale process, Chloe Faizey has been incredibly supportive and attentive. Not only has Chloe been assisting with the sale of my home, she has also gone the extra mile to give me updates on the purchase of my new home (which is being purchased through a completely different estate agents), showing me that she genuinely cares for me both as a vendor and a buyer. Throughout the process, Chloe has seen all of my emotions - frustration, happiness, stressed and all of the quirks in between. At every turn, Chloe has been there for me to lean on, with any question, nothing was ever too much for her, and I will always be grateful for the support and hand holding she gave me. Chloe, your guidance, effort, and professionalism made a real difference throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciate everything you did to make it as smooth and successful as possible. Selling a home can be stressful, but your expertise and dedication gave me confidence every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without you. Give that woman a pay rise! It’s clear that communication within their team is a core value, with everyone always on the same page. Right hand speaking to the left perfectly. I said from the very start of my journey, that Nicol and Co dominate the Droitwich market, so instructing them as my Estate Agents was a no-brainer. When I come to sell again, there is only one place I will go, and that is back to these incredible people. Not only do you get treated with value, but you also have the pleasure of dealing with real, authentic people who want the best for your property, taking your personal circumstances into account.
