FacebookCouldn't possibly fault this team if I tried! These people have bent over backwards and upside down for us! We've not had the easiest of rides but yet nicol and co have somehow picked us up and made us feel like we're there only customer. Our house sold on first viewing back in December but sadly after being strung along by our buyers for 5 months they decided to pull out. Within 48 hours of it falling through we've accepted another offer. We truly believe this is due to the fantastic nicol and co team, Tash, Paul, Matt and Amy. Your absolute gems.

GoogleVery pleased with Nicol & Co. I've sold two properties with them. Especially with Dan Peace and Chloe Faizey. Dan in particular has dealt with a particularly difficult sale with diplomacy and kept me informed of everything that was going on even when I was on the other side of the world. Well done.

GoogleMy wife and I recently moved to Droitwich. The house we bought was being marketed by Nicol & Co, Droitwich. We were very impressed with them from our first viewing of the house, through to completion. The various people we dealt with were friendly yet professional and extremely helpful. I felt that at various times during the process, they went well beyond what might be expected. Our attempts to move to the West Midlands took some months and during that time we viewed a lot of properties. Nicol & Co were undoubtedly the best estate agents with whom we had contact. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property in and around Droitwich. My wife and I probably have one more move left in us and we would fully expect to instruct Nicol & Co in the distant future!

Matt, Sarah and Sam worked incredibly hard, and went out of their way, to assist my daughter in the arrangements for the letting of a local property, completing the process in an incredibly tight timescale. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them. Thank you guys. You made a very stressful time so much easier!

FacebookA huge thank you to Leanne Fletcher. We had a slow purchase through Nichol and co due to delays in our mortgage application. All parties were getting nervous as the whether the sale would go through. Leanne handled the all sides with such professionalism, empathy and tenacity. Its a big thank you to her that we exchanged contracts today, I don't think there's many that would have got this though. Thanks and well done!!Tracy

GoogleHave used Nicol for many years ...buying selling, and as a Landlord. Will continue to do so as they have always been excellent. Most recently selling my house proved to be a difficult journey, we got there in the end due to the determination of my Sales Progressor Chloe at Droitwich office, she was like a dog with a bone !
