GoogleNicol and Co couldn't have been better. Neil and Chloe in the Droitwich office were excellent - easy to communicate with and both went the extra mile to help. Without Nicol and Co the chain would have collapsed - they did the work of the other estate agents and pulled everything together. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Once we had sold, their follow up service was a godsend and really helped remove at lot of the stress when dealing with numerous parties involved with a house move. I have had to manage this from a distance and they have worked seamlessly as my agents in putting the house on the market, dealing with viewings, and progressing the sale having found a buyer. FacebookMatt and his team sold my house within a few days of it going on the market and for the full asking price. They are a very pro-active firm and are also professional and extremely helpful. GoogleCould not recommend Nicol & Co enough. From initial viewing to completion they have been a dream to work with. Although the whole process was not smooth (what move ever is?) their communication and liaising between parties and solicitors really minimised the stress. We will be forever grateful for their hard work getting us our dream property!

GoogleHenry is the man for lettings, he's honest, friendly and gets the job done. He is prompt with replies and makes sure everything is done properly. I managed to secure a property with his help within a week. Overall I'm more than happy with the service, will definitely go back for future lettings. Cheers mate hopefully see you soon for a pint.

Excellent helpful service. From the initial meeting/valuation with Karen Smith we have received nothing but excellent & attentive service from the team at Droitwich. The team have clearly gone beyond the call of duty to assist us in the process of selling. Finally we must add that we have never before received an "above the asking price" offer within 2 days of agreeing to proceed with an estate agent. We would certainly recommend Nicol & Co to any one thinking .of buying or selling

Nicol and co. have very recently dealt with the sale of my property and tailored all aspects entirely to my needs and timescales. I cannot fault any part of their service right from the very phone call I began with when asking for a valuation. I would personally like to thank all staff at Nicol & Co but mainly Karen, Natasha, Amy, Gemma and Nigel with whom I've had the most communication with throughout the process. I have been informed and consulted on each aspect relating to the sale of the house, and have wrapped everything up in less than 3 months; impressive work all, thank you and well done! I would not hesitate in recommending Nicol & Co to anyone buying, selling, letting or renting; for me, they have made the sale of my property very easy which potentially could've been rather stressful if I'd not had them as an agent.

As my husband and I hadn't moved house for 34 years we were very nervous about the process.. Karen impressed us with her knowledge of the local market and made us feel more confident about moving. We put our house in the hands of Nicol @ Co and everyone we dealt with in their office was helpful and gave us good advice. They found a buyer for our house and soon found us a house to buy. Karen especially went the extra mile to help us find a house that met our needs and we really appreciate her hard work.
