I've known Matt Nicol Owner of Nicol and Co for years. You'd think that when i decided to sell my Investment property that He'd be the first person I'd call. I decided against that knowing what a busy man he is and to be honest what was he going to do for me. He would of delegated and asked a team member to assist as thats what i would of done. So when i picked up the phone and asked for Nicol and Co to represent me in my sale. Matt Bennett - Senior Sales Specialist was at hand. It was as simple as riding a bike in the park with this guy. He turned up assessed the property - did all the neccessaries. I did not once go into their offices through this whole transaction from begining to end. He came to me. I believe that the technology that Nicol and Co use to showcase properties is phenomenal and i can candidly say that its was the first time i've seen such 3d representation of my property. I know this is what sold my Investment Property within a week. The team as a whole have been fantastic and Matt Bennett - without to many details - has been an absolute top class Humble, polite and trustworthy estate agent. Raj Patel

Fantastic set up with extremely helpful staff, Every part of the process they have got right if your looking for an estate agent this is the place to go. We sold our house and bought a house in droitwich from nicol and co. Its always going to be stressful selling a house. Sam was always in contact with us in regards to how the progress was going between the solicitors and helped get everything pushed through. She really excels in taking the strain of moving away from yourself. We also bought through Nicol and co and you always picture an estate agent to be pushy but this is certainly not the case, they have really set the standards high. They let you look round the house with no pressure and give you as much information as they can. If they dont have it they will come back to you. Shaun was really helpful throughout and showed us round the house we finally bought! A great service all round

The service provided by Nicol & Co was excellent. From initial meetings with Zoe, it took just over a week to get the house photographed and on the market. We had an asking price offer less than 24 hours after the advert going live and finally sold the house for £10k over asking price. The support and communication from Zoe and the team during the sale was brilliant. Once the offer had been formally accepted, Leanne took over and worked her magic, driving through the sale and keeping us updated. I really appreciated the support from Leanne, chasing solicitors and buyers further down our chain, she really deserves a medal for her efforts I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

A buyer was found within 3 days of going on the market, the process was followed by Chloe from the offer being accepted to completion, she communicated with all parties and their conveyancers. This is my fourth transaction using Nicol and Co in Droitwich and i would always use them in future. They donate £100 on completion to a charity of your choice which is a nice gesture.

I had originally got a quote from Nicol & Co but decided to go with a fixed price online estate agency. My house was on the market for a number of months and after finally agreeing a sale significantly under the asking price, the deal fell through. I then got back in touch with Matt Bennett at Nicol & Co at the end of April '19. The house was on the market a week or so later, by the middle of May Matt and the team had arranged 10 plus viewings and by the end of the May I'd agreed a full asking price offer. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend Matt and the rest of the team at Nicol & Co.

Great service from Nicol &co . Special thanks to Leanne who was instrumental in pushing through the sale. It took 4 months to complete the sale on our empty flat mainly thanks to our conveyances Avrillo who were pretty useless. Communication was non existent. You had to book when you could call them and then they couldn’t take the call. If it wasn’t for Leanne who communicated with the vendors solicitor we would still be at it now!Nicol & co always professional and nothing to much trouble. Strongly recommend!
