I work with CJ Hole in Downend as their mortgage adviser and I have been extremely impressed by the sales team. Andy, David and Alex are all very knowledgeable and professional and always have their clients at the heart of whatever they do. There have been multiple occasions where they have gone above and beyond for their clients. We recently had a mutual client who I believe it would have taken forever to complete on their purchase had it not been for Andy as he took it upon himself to rectify a very poor service from a solicitor.

Incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the beginning, in being available for viewings at relative short notice and having the time to allow a more thorough inspection, to then getting back to me with answers to my follow-up questions (thank you, David). Staff never seemed put out. Andy in particular was the star of the process, going beyond what you might reasonably expect an estate agent to do (certainly more helpful than my solicitor!) to ensure the process ran as smoothly as it could do. A massive thanks to him and the team. Highly recommended.

I have been working with the CJ Hole team in Downend to sell my house in the area. When I decided to sell I met with four agents. I met two high end large national agencies and two smaller local agencies but I was greatly impressed by Andy's knowledge of the local market and its buyers and so I decided to work on a sole agency basis with CJ Hole. The whole teams' professionalism, speed, passion for what they do and friendliness has been exemplary. They have made selling my house an easy process. Having just purchased a property through CJ Holt I can not praise the staff in the Downend office highly enough. Throughout the transaction they were always professional, friendly and any queries were answered quickly and accurately. Things did not run smoothly on the day of completion (issues with solicitors) but the staff, in particular Andy and Sophie, really went the extra mile to ensure that I could pick up the keys and move in. Andy was so helpful and approachable and managed our sale which did not always run smoothly. He was quick in his responses and we cannot fault him. Dave was also very helpful when we had an issue, and the sales girls Sophie and Eva were also very friendly, knowledgable and contactable whenever we needed them. I had doubts about using a high street agent as you can get cheaper fees with online agents but CJ Hole were worth every penny as they worked hard to ensure that my sale went through smoothly. Andy has been truly amazing

Andy has been truly amazing during the process of my house move, even taking on the task of chasing the Solicitors and Vendor when I wasn't getting answers, he made everything run smoothly and was always on the other end of the phone if needed and confirming everything with me so I knew paperwork was being completed. Eva showed me around the house initially and dealt with my offer and buying of the house and was lovely when doing this. I would highly recommend CJ Hole in Downend and would definitely use them if I ever sell and buy again.

Overall I would recommend CJ

Overall I would recommend CJ Hole. They were very professional and always helpful. David in particular was invaluable during intense moments when trying to create an opportunity, he had a calming and controlled manner that removed a lot of stress. Andy also was always on top of things and willing to discuss options regarding sale and potential onward purchases. My only criticism was that they were not particularly proactive with chasing the purchase through and managing the chain, this was mainly done by the estate agent above us in the chain. Having said that the other estate agent had multiple properties in the chain and therefore it was a higher priority to them and CJ Hole were always in contact keeping up to date with the progress. They were also very accommodating in that they were very happy to work around our family, limitig viewing times to fit around us. As I stated above I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We went with CJ Hole on the basis that Andy came across as someone who cared about being in the industry and wanted to do the right thing for his clients. Whenever there was options on the table, either offers to review or feedback to consider, Andy would give the time to walk through all options to make sure we were best informed to make the right decision for ourselves. We were never forced or pushed into a decision either. Even when the sale was handed over to the sales progressor, Andy kept a keen interest to make sure things were working for us as a client through the sales lifecycle. We've recommended CJ Hole to a number of people including both my parents and sister who have both sold houses via CJ Hole (different Bristol branches) since we completed. Moving from Cornwall to Bristol was always going to be an adventure, and we soon learnt that the rental market moves extremely quickly here. Luckily we made good contact with Holly, and while we were unable to rent the flat that we viewed, Holly was invaluable in helping us secure the neighbouring flat across the hall. A very friendly demeanor, knowledgeable, great communication skills, and sharp attention to detail are notable qualities that Holly has. When it came to collecting the keys, Holly wasn't around, but Rachel was able to seamlessly pickup the baton and get the job done hick-up free. We would certainly deal with them again, and who knows, perhaps we look to CJ Hole when considering to buy a property... :)

We have just bought a house

We have just bought a house with the help of CJ Hole staff. Eva Singleton was the sales agent, Dianne Willis our sales progressor and Andrew Conmee assisted when the home buyer survey revealed things and we had to re-negotiate the price. While our solicitor wasn't always responsive and we had to make several calls to get things going, at least CJ Hole stuff was reliable, quick, and professional. We are grateful for their work.
