YellMight as well be scammers
Theyr'e especially slow on returning deposits, extremely slow to give money back but very quick to take it, they treat us like a single entity (student house) when it suits them but when it comes to money they'd treat us separately causing confusion and slowing down processes (i.e deposits) Throughout the whole tenancy, we were never made to feel at home as the agency would fail to inform us of people coming into the house with keys (constructions, electricians etc). Problems would be dealt with very slowly. 2 months later and still have not recieved our deposit. They also charge extortionate prices for cleaning service when the house hadn't even been cleaned when we moved in.
