GoogleHonestly just an awful estate agent for renters. They charge an annual fee of between £90 to £125 but CANNOT tell you what it's for other than "negotiation" - which involved sending a generic contract out by email to electronically sign. When they were asked what the fee actually covers and to provide a breakdown of costs, they couldn't provide an answer. Not one person in the agents could tell me - including their area manager. I repeatedly got told "well you signed it so you got to pay for it" - to this day (4 years later) I have no idea what the fee was actually for! They're rude, they're unprofessional and their fees are extortionate. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Highly recommended an estate agent who managed to secure a nice property for my family. Very professional and honest. We had a bad experience with other estate agents in the area as they acted like auctions. And I am personally thanking Bobbie Caller (Bob) she helps us big time to make the letting process smooth and easy.

Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.
