Always on hand, happy to answer any and all questions we have had throughout the whole process. I have had complete trust that Russ has prioritised our best interests. GoogleDownend branch bristol,Avoid at all costs !! Rented a property through Andrews Downend for 6 months initially then 2 years. It was a lovely flat in the summer, 3 winters in a row we had problems due to a minor repair not being done (cavities around windows not sealed) damp and mould,furniture and cloths ruined,babies health affected. Management company did replace plaster board around two of the windows but did not seals the cavities around the windows,other windows not even touched. I never let any workmen in the flat without me being there, this winter we had thermal imaging done wich further highlighted the problems,we sent the results to the manager at Andrews downend and he said he will put on file ! At the start of COVID 19 with a 2 year old,8 month old and a partner with a chronic illness,we were sent a section 21 notice as the landlady said she was going to sell the property,may I mention our rent was never late,place kept spotless. One week after them making us homeless the flat was put back up for rent again,let's hope these minor repairs are done. Portfolio property manager a bully ! I would not even give them one star if I didn't have to to write this review!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI recently instructed the Sales team at Andrews in Downend to market my property in Kingswood. They completed the valuation within 3 days and once price was agreed the property was advertised within 24 hours on all the major portals. I received regular feedback from them on viewings and using theie free app could confirm or reject potential viewings with a few clicks. They negotiated on my behalf to secure and offer with 3 weeks and kept me updated each week with the progress of the sale. I would recommend to everyone . They were professional,experienced and helpful and that was what I wanted during the process.
