GoogleDan & Leigh at Andrews, Kingswood were very helpful in finding new tenants for our flat in Bristol within a tight timeframe - and closing the contract with previous tenants. They were great in sympathising with our desire to keep the flat in good condition, and quickly found suppliers to help with sourcing new carpets and repairs. We appreciated their efforts to mitigate our costs for these, and how quick they were to reply to our emails. We are very happy with their service and would recommend them to other landlords. Excellent experience from start to finish. Isaac was knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done to get our house sold, for the right price. Honest and trustworthy, we had an offer in just 6 days and completed in a little over 6 weeks (using Andrews recommended solicitors) Would highly recommend.
