I had the extreme misfortune to rent a property from Andrews in the South Wales area. Portfolio Property Manager was Nicola Holdaway. What a vile company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff who couldn't care less. Getting any response from her was a nightmare, so unprofessional, I would not recommend this company and will certainly never use them again.

I've used Andrews a few times now for different things. The Downend branch and in particular Paulina were really helpful with my most recent experience which was a tricky situation with a tenant swap. Quick and empathetic response.
