In hindsight I might have listened and used their in-house solicitor too. Someone has suggested I could sell the flat without an agent. No way!

GoogleThe staff member that helped us was called Ranjan, from the moment I spoke to her on the phone she was so friendly and helpful. Ranjan was very patient with us and allowed us to think our options through without rushing in to anything. Ranjan was very clear and communicated with our landlord then back to us very quickly. GoogleAs someone who is but a huge fan of renting through agents I found Andrews north streat to be very helpful , friendly and made the moving process as easy as possible and would recommend.
Lisa was fantastic and found us a home and landlord that suited us for our little family and it meant we could stay in an area we love.
My only snag would be the fees are quite high but you do tend to get that across the field regardless of the agent unfortunately.
