GoogleI recently contacted Wards in Deal regarding a valuation of my property for Probate requirements. I was met by their representative Will Sargeant who came to the house & carried out a thorough investigation. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism & the trouble taken in assessing the value. He brought with him details of local houses that had sold in the vicinity of different types but of similar size. He had a wide knowledge of the area & with the aid of these explained how he had arrived at the value of my cottage. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Wards to future buyers & sellers.
