Very poor unproffessional conduct, I used them many years ago on a rental property they were less than average then, knew it would be problem when I found out they were the agents on a house sale in Poole. Sure enough! they did'nt let us down, viewed the property, put an offer in, phoned a day later to check on the progress, only to be told it's sold SSTC. Well; Greys estate agents that's not how it works! I would'nt surprised if the offer was even put forward to the vendor. 'Old boy's brigade, in thier Porsches'.NegativeProfessionalism

We bought through Greys in Upton & had Lydia and Russell helping us out. They were extremely helpful & we really appreciated them being part of our purchase. Only point for improvement, we sold via leader fox & they allocated us a day of the week & gave us weekly updates on progress even if there was no change, it meant we never had to call them & we appreciated that. Apart from that, service was great, can’t fault them! Thanks all for your help 😃

If I could leave more gold stars I would . I recently bought my new home through Greys and cannot recommend them highly enough. Unlike other local agents I had used to buy property, Greys really selected appropriate houses for me to view . They took the time to understand what I was actually looking for , this showed they took the time to listen and care , rather than just trying to make a sale. The communication throughout the whole process was faultless, and I was always made to feel like I could ask questions at any stage . Well done Greys. Not just great estate agents , but lovely people too . After trying an internet Estate Agents and having only one viewing in 8 months, I realised I needed better sellers with a client base of potential clients that would be interested in my house. Greys were fantastic and thoroughly professional from start to finish. Lydia in particular was really helpful with really practical and sound advice, not only with my sale but the house I bought, even though the house I bought wasnt one of theirs. The rest of staff at Greys were also really plesant and helpful, I can't recommend them enough. Made the process of selling and buying alot less stressful.

I was really happy with their customer service, they worked hard to get the figure we wanted for the property, they were happy to answer questions any time and would chase the chain whenever I asked. We instructed Greys to be our Agents, they were fantastic from start to finish. Very efficient when we decided to sell our property and got us on the market rapidly. They kept us up to date and gave us control of when we could and could not have viewings & very quickly got us a sale agreed (within a week). Russell at Greys couldn't do enough for us, gave us sound advise when we needed it and was always available if we needed an update or had any questions, he and the Team at Greys made a very Stressful process that bit less stressful, so i thank him and all the staff we dealt with for that.
