We found greys very friendly and helpful and we weren't even clients of theirs. They answered emails promptly and were always at the end of the phone if needed. Thought Greys were going to be a good company to sell through however no viewings in approx 2 weeks. Ended up finding my own buyer (a friend) and had no communication from Greys other than the sales memo or follow up to check if I needed anything. However when they found out about the exchange they got their bill in very quickly for doing little work. When I complained they said everything went well on its own and the sale was completed quickly despite them actually having no influence at all on timescales / finding a buyer. Rubbish communication apart from when it comes to putting in their commission bill!
