Unbelivebly low customer service quality with these guys! Made an enquiry through Rightmove... nobody followed up with me.... called them after two days and gave my details again.... only to be rushed "will pass the details to the landlord and get back to you"... you guessed. a week later and nobody bothered to give me a call or email... Highly NOT recomended!!!

We cannot praise Joe and all of the staff at Greys in Upton enough for the selling of our house so quickly last year. Not only did we have an offer within 2 days of the house going live, but it was also way above the initial asking price, which was wonderful! They kept us updated throughout the whole selling process and were always on hand if any questions needed to be answered. Their prices were also very reasonable and competitive. Don't be put off by them not being stuck in the centre of town on a high street either. If anything, it makes them better at doing what they do. I cannot praise them enough, and thank you again! I sold and purchased through Greys. It was a very complex chain with all the usual pitfalls. They did everything required to hold it in place and both my sale and purchase went through as planned. They were always available and happy to help. I found the Upton team professional throughout the process. I often dropped into the Upton office and always felt welcome and confident they had everything sorted. Not having moved for a long time they pointed me to a great solicitors as well. I would use them again and recommend them. They really know the market and have a drive I didn’t see with other agents when viewing properties. They did a great job.

Ross & Joe are legends. They've were very supportive, helpful and listened. Honestly we had difficult "Must haves" and they (in a time of a chaotic market) were actually the only estate agents to actively seek potential houses (and phone back!). We had a lot of sellers pulling out on deals, but they were able to help us find frankly our dream home that we didn't think we would get the opportunity on. Plus we even got muffins when we completed ;). They're honest and don't waste your time. We are honestly so grateful for the team at Greys Upton.
