Lydia and her team proved to be extremely helpful through a very long and drawn out House sale ( through no fault of their own) I hasten to add. Infact, Lydia was more helpful to us than our own Solicitor. Nothing was too much trouble and we were constantly kept in the loop. Our calls were always returned and our questions always answered. They provided a great service and I would most definitely recommend. So a big thank you to all at Greys.

After our first house purchase fell through earlier in the year with another Estate Agent company, we struggled to find somewhere we really loved throughout the pandemic until we met with Joe from Greys. Joe was amazing from start to finish, the level of care and determination to find us a property we would like was brilliant and we will always be so grateful as we never thought we could buy the place we did. Joe supported us throughout the whole purchase with any worries or queries we had, he would always keep us in the loop and respond to our emails in a timely manner. Out of all the other Estate Agents in this area that we met with or spoke with, Greys stands out by far as we did not receive anywhere near the level of treatment with others than we did with Greys. I received an excellent service from Joe at Upton and Luke at Parkstone. I used Greys to let a property, within a week they had referenced a professional and she moved in a week later. Within 1 working day I received initial payment. I have previous experience of using an estate agent for letting and would never leave a review for them as there is nothing positive to say. 5 stars for Greys though!

I cannot praise the excellent service of Greys Estate agents enough. We have recently sold our home through Greys, and my late Mother's home too. Lydia Noel is so kind, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Both properties were sold through her and the other staff and directors with no problems at all. We were kept up to date at all times and Lydia in particular was so kind and compassionate, particularly with the probate sale. Having been through a 12 month process of selling and buying a new house and using multiple different agents throughout the process, I can honestly say that Greys in Upton were outstanding and shone well above the other agents we had dealings with. We ended up both selling our old house and buying our new house with Greys. We found them to be honest, professional, down to earth and were even there for some friendly advice when the going got tough and we had a little wobble. Nothing was too much trouble for them despite our relentless questions and requests for multiple viewings. If I ever come to buy or sell again, I'll be calling these guys straight away. Can't thank the team at Upton Grey's Estate Agents enough, especially Lydia. We found a property to buy but still had to put ours on the market. Lydia came over the very next morning to value our property and to take photo's. The advert was uploaded online 3hours later, perfectly described and the photos were a true reflection of the property. We had viewings booked that same afternoon and our house was sold within 4days of it going on the market. We then progressed with buying our new home through Grey's aswell. Once again Lydia and the team were so efficient. Their communication was brilliant. We were updated regularly and were hugely supported to shift the solicitors processes. If your looking for an effective team that's going to market your property appropriately Grey's are the team for you. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great Service. My partner and I have just settled into our first home with the help of Lydia at greys. We previously put down an offer on a new build but after a while we changed our minds and looked for a new place. We saw a beautiful flat in Upton but unfortunately it had just had an offer put down. we went into Greys again for a chat and it was so lucky just then the offer had been taken back! Lydia and Russel made sure we were the first people to see the flat as they knew how much we loved it (amazing customer service or what?!) We put an offer down immediately and started the process. Lydia was so helpful to us as this was a new experience we needed lots of guidance and advice that she was always happy to give to us. She always replied swiftly to queries we had and always tried her best to find out the answers. Even with the current situation she continued to work hard to ensure we were in our home as soon as possible, and we are so very grateful. Friendly, local and approachable estate agents. Myself and my Fiancée have completed on our house which we purchased through greys today! Being first time buyers it’s fair to say we weren’t familiar with the buying process, and Quinton was most helpful in answering any questions we had and always keeping communications throughout and calling us back. First experience with Greys and quite honestly should we decide to sell or buy again we will certainly not use another agent! Having previously rented through numerous estate agents across Bournemouth and had some of the worst experiences we thought the service we were receiving from Grey’s was too good to be true however it’s been amazing start to finish and we can not fault in any way at all. Russell especially has been professional throughout the process and has been on hand every time we have needed him, he has gone above and beyond, we couldn’t thank him enough. Any time of the working day Russell always made time for us, and responded to any queries promptly. We had a very tight deadline but Russell did everything he could do to ensure we moved the date we wished, with hurdles thrown at him he still managed to get us in. Even though Russell was our main point of contact Alan and Lydia were more than helpful in his absence and looked after us very well too, nothing was ever an issue and they all made us feel valued (definitely a close working team). We will with out a doubt recommend Greys to anyone.
