GoogleWe recently bought a house and sold a house via JSS Dorking and once again was very impressed with their approach. Professional yet friendly, open and honest, supportive especially when the process invariably becomes stressful. From Alan and the whole team including Corinne, Chris, Darryl each one of them clearly valued our business and did their utmost to support us through the process. I have not found a better agent in the local area that really understands the market, knows the area in depth and can communicate effectively.

GoogleThe Jackson Stops, Dorking team are without doubt the best local team to sell your house. Their systems are more efficient than others I have experienced but they are also relentlessly professional, courteous and good humoured. My house took a while to sell but their effort remained at 100% until the job was done. The selling chain further down the line was problematical but they went above and beyond with constant phone calls to all concerned. I think the chain may have collapsed without the efforts of the Dorking team. On the subject of 'teams', everyone in the office is involved with every sale, so you are never without an instant contact. Worth every penny of their fee.

GoogleWe both sold and bought through Jackson Stops in Dorking and found the whole team extremely professional. The sales team handled both the sale and purchase extremely professionally and sorted the inevitable issues that arose with calm and efficiency. The back office team were also spot on with all the admin and paperwork. In addition the team were friendly and personable. We spent some time interviewing 5 other agents before putting our house on sale and have not been disappointed with our choice of appointing Jackson Stops in Dorking.

GoogleExceptionally effective at getting me the best price in selling a property despite a very tight time frame. They did a great job at organising viewings and when there was so much interest adjusted the plan to sealed bids. Most satisfying of all, they were so good to get hold of when I needed to contact them: phoning back with no delay - friendly and very professional.
