All the team worked together and if our contact wasn't around they would try to help in their absence. On completion day they were as efficient as you'd want them to be and surprised us with a welcome gift and celebration drink!

The purchase was a fairly complex one, which took an extended time to conclude, however the JS team (Alan and Chris in particular) helped us to overcome the various obstacles that we encountered.
